Pur die Bearbeitung von runden Werketuoken aller
Art, wie Bolzen Stangen, Spindeln u. a. m. im Durchlauf
werden spiteenlose Sohleifmaeohinen verwendet, bei denen
da. Binapannen der Werkatuoke zwischen Spitzen fortfallt.
Vion den beidenSchleifr&dernistde eine dae eigentliche
Sehleifrad, dae die Bearbeitung der Werketuoke vornimmt,
w&hrend dao andere Rad, dae Regelrd, daw Werketfok fhrt
und geBen die umlaufende Pillche deti eigentliehen Sohleit-
Mdee drückt. Bisher wurden die eigentlichen Sohleitrider

ih einer einzigen Krnung und Harte hergestellt, und nur
4o Stirnseite am Binlauf wurde oftora mit einer einige
Millimeter breiten, härteren, gegebenenfalls feineren
Bihioht versehen, um der erhöhten Bqanepruhung der ein-
laufenden, rohen Werket « oko besser Widern. tano zu leisten.
Infolge der Verwendung von Sohleifsoheiben ein und der-
, wölben K6rnung und H&pte konnte daher nur ein ßohlitf

Die den Gegenstand ds Gebrauchsmusters bildende
Schleifscheibe ermöglicht nun die Bearbeitung von Werk-
sticken vmd mit einer einzigen Maschine vom Sohrupp-
schliff bis zum Feinet-und Llppeohlitf in einem Gang.
Dies wird dadurch erreicht, das. man die Schleifscheibe
aus mehreren senkrecht zur Achse verlaufenden Schichten
herstellt und zwar werden diese so angeordnet, daee aioh
die grobkörnige Schicht am Einlauf befindet, daran an-
eohlieasend die mittlere und am Auslauf die feinste
Körnung. Be genügen in vielen fallen eohon zwei Schich-
ten, in anderen wieder werden nach Umstanden mehr als
drei Schichten notwendig sein. Der jeweiligen Körnung
ist die Hirte angepaaet ; auch kunn die Rohstoffa-rt de ?
einzelnen Schichten, je nach Erfordernis, eine unter-
sohiedliohe sein. So kann z. B. die Einlaufeohioht aus
81liolumoarbid und die Auslaufeohioht für Feinetsohlitt
aus Kdelkorund bestehen, oder UMgekehrt, wenn der Werk-
stoff dies bedingt.
>, Die Breite der einzelnen Sohichten ist von einer
Reihe von Umstanden abhåneig, wie Körnung, Härte# Roh-
stoffart WerketSokform, Durohmeeaer, Werkstoffart
u. a. w. und iat füf Jeden Pall zu ermitteln. Z. B. wird
bei einer aus zwei Schichten bestehenden Schleifscheibe
der grdbere Teil 1/3, der feinere Teil 8/3 der aeBamt-
breite der Scheibe betragen.

Die Herstellung der Scheibe kann in der Wei 0%
erfolgen dass die einzelnen Schichten in einem A b
fang aufeinander geformt und in bekannter teiseggehirtt
bezw. pebrannt werden, oder in der Weise, dass. i<t ein-
zelnen Schichtenfürsich angefertigt und nach der {\
illirtung bezw. dem Brennen mit engster ? uge aufeinan i
der gekittet werden. Auch können einzelne Scheiben',
verschiedener Art unabhängig voneinander dicht an dicht
auf derselben Welle angeordnet werden. Zweekmtesig
ist es, die Einlaufkante der ersten Schicht bezw.
Scheibe besonders hart bezw. fein zu machen.
Die beiliegende Zeichnung zoigt zwei beispielsweise
Aunftlhrungeformen.
Bei der Ausführung nach Abb. 1 und 2 i. a die
Schleifscheibe, b die Repelsoheiho, e da. zu sohleitende
Werkstück und d die Auflage. Die) Scheibe a besteht aus
zwei Schichten, von denen die Schicht t die grobete
Körnung besitzt und für den Grobaohliff dient, wahrend di
Schicht f die feinste Körnung fCr den Peinsohliff hat.
Das Werkatnok geht in einem Arbeitsgang an der boheibe
entlang und wird vollständig fertig geschliffen.
Bei der Auetuhrungsform Dach Abb. s besteht die
Sohledfsoheibe aus drei Sohiohten e, eren"K8rnung
grob, Bitte1 bezw. fein tat.
Die Binlaufttante h der ersten Schicht ist in beiden
Fallen besonders hart und fein ausgeführt.
Unter Umständen können allw Schichten bezüglich ih-
per körnung ohne Abstufung Ineinander « hergehen.
