Richtung verschiebbar angeordnet ist.,- I .
allmählich in Richtung Tauchanker verlagert.

I

There are plunger magnets with two Po.iplatten known in which a pole plate or an extension piece connected to it serve as a stop for the plunger in the attracted state. These plunger magnets work with an annoying impact noise. To avoid this noise, these plunger magnets are equipped with air or liquid damping. However, this requires high precision of the parts, which leads to a substantial increase in the cost. Furthermore, the pull-in time is increased by the damping devices. It is a further solenoid plunger magnet, in which the coaxial part isolated for damping the stop noise at the magnet frame is mounted in felt and is provided in the further on the stop surface, a felt mat. By isolating the coaxial part in or with felt, the magnetic resistance of the magnetic circuit is significantly increased and thus a significantly larger design of the plunger magnet is required to achieve a certain performance. In addition, the suit position floats; because with longer 'operating time and thus further compressed .feltschichten the tightening position of the ko "axia'l: en part is gradually shifted in the direction of the plunger. The invention, which relates to a plunger magnet of the type described in more detail", a significant increase in efficiency is achieved that according to the invention the plunger in the tightened state comes into direct metallic contact with the coacial part and therefore assumes a defined tightening position. As a result, it is also achieved that the plunger armature magnet can be designed to be the same size as an undamped plunger armature magnet of the same power with the design according to the invention for damping the contact noise. The force counteracting the plunger in the magnetic base can consist of the restoring force of a spring, the force of gravity or the magnetic, attractive force of a permanently magnetic part. Is applied in the following Liand the figure, an embodiment of the Erfindung.beschrieben.'Auf Magnetgentell 1 with the pole plates 0, 111 sits the magnet coil 2. In the central cylindrical opening 3 of Magnetgentell excitation coil and the cylindrical plunger 4 is provided, the outer end 5 is used in a known manner for reversing mechanical and / or electrical means. Furthermore, a part of ferromagnetic material 6 coaxial with the plunger armature and of the same or larger cross-section than the plunger armature in the pole plate 11 is arranged as a stop of the plunger armature in the attracted state to dampen the stop device in one direction, namely to the right. This opposing force is the embodiment in which the hückstellkraft-attached to the magnet frame 1 leaf spring 7, the ferromagnetic lt part 6 against the pole plate presses. The magnetic adhesive force of a permanently magnetic part 6 or, if the axis is arranged vertically, the plunger magnet, the force of gravity acting on the ferromagnetic part, can also serve as a counteracting force. In the event of excitation, the plunger 4 is drawn into the central opening 3 in such a way that the magnetic circuit via the magnet frame 1 and the ferromagnetic part 6 is closed. The end face lo of the plunger 4 does not strike the opposite inner surface 11 of the electromagnetic part 6, but rather the plunger Li takes the ferromagnetic part with it somewhat in the same direction, which significantly dampens the impact noise. By Andruckkraft.der Illattfeder 7 and by the low on d s FlIansch of the ferromagnetic parts 6 acting magnetic force of the ferromagnetic part 6 and the plunger 4 in the I rest position shown in the figure are reset. With the magnet still excited, the plunger 4 thus assumes the working position indicated by the dashed lines 12, in which the two opposing parallel surfaces 10, 11 of the plunger 4 and ferromagnetic part 6 touch. Plunger armature 4 and ferromagnetic part 6 are provided with guide means which serve to return the ferromagnetic part moved from its rest position to the rest position. For this purpose and to improve the magnetic connection, the ferromagnetic part 6 has a cylindrical projection protruding into the opening of the pole plate It. Furthermore, when swinging through, the plunger armature engages its conical guide tip 1.3, which prevents the ferromagnetic part 6 from shifting in the event of strong swinging, into the appropriately designed hole 14, the ferr044 magnetic part. The plunger magnet is designed in such a way that the plunger 4 in its working position rests against the ferromagnetic part 6, which has been returned to the rest position.
In the scope of the invention there are also plunger magnets with an axis arranged vertically or diagonally above, in which the plunger 4 is pulled against the force of gravity against the movable ferromagnetic part 6 and the latter reaches its starting position after swinging under the partial influence of gravity.
