EMI0002.0093
Kilxi ist P.= die Verstel.lkraft und P1 die dieser entgegenwirkende Rastkraft;
Strike magnet with magnetic ii, astnng. The invention relates to working magnets for unlocking latches. With these 14'lagneten, which are generally referred to as striking magnets, it is therefore essentially important that the working capacity of the armature is as large as possible in a certain range of its working stroke is. In contrast, it can be small along the rest of the stroke.
In order to meet such requirements with relatively small Magne th, it is known to provide a Rastvor direction by arranging a special latch or a strong return spring, which holds a substantial fraction of the maximum value, the adjustment force in the dropped armature position the (# 'borrowed weight. In this way it is possible to use the.
Excitation current before he reach the above-mentioned range, for example before the start of the adjustment movement of the armature, due to higher iron saturation rise so far, allow him to approach his maximum value that can be achieved when the armature is held.
The simplest solution to this problem, the arrangement of a strong return spring (force Po in Fig. 2) has the disadvantage that the locking force does not disappear after initiating the armature movement and thus counteracts the increase in speed of the armature up to the final position. In this way, only part of the work generated can be obtained as usable impact work.
It was therefore proposed to unlock a latch by an additional relay that has a longer response time than the impact magnet. However, the effort is very great here and, moreover, the entire response time of the magnet is unfavorably greatly extended.
According to the invention, on the other hand, the latching device is formed by a device acting magnetically, in the magnetic field of which the armature lies directly in such a way that the tension acting on the armature from the latter acts against its work force.
As a result, the impact magnet can be formed out. that no further moving parts, including no latching pawls, are required, but the latching effect is already there. Covering a very small anchor distance practically stops and the further Anlzerbesehltunigung no longer bothers.
The ratios are then particularly favorable. if how. they can be implemented in a simple way, especially with Hubselila-, magnetexi, ie 3tagxxeten with a longitudinal movement of the armature, the locking device consists of a magnetic shunt influenced by the magnet excitation winding.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention and is described below. It shows: FIG. 1 a longitudinal section of a stroke magnet, FIG. a force-displacement diagram, FIG. 3 a force-time diagram.
The magnet according to Fig. 1 is designed as a pot magnet. The with; the excitation coil 1 firmly connected magnetic body consisting of a core and base part 2 and a shell and cover part 3, which is inserted over the coil and serves as a magnetic return circuit. The armature 4 made of magnetic iron sits on an axis i made of non-magnetizable building material. A substantially in a cavity f of the core part \? embedded coil spring 7 serves to reset the armature.
The shell part is extended tubularly beyond the cover part (8) and through. a thin plate 9 also made of magnetizable building material. The anchor is widened in a flange-like manner at the end 10 adjacent to this plate and then strongly constricted (aii at point 11).
The rest position of the armature can be adjusted by means of an adjusting screw 12. It is advantageous that the screw can be adjusted while the magnet is in operation. In this way, precise adjustment of the magnet is possible in a simple manner.
The mode of action of this magnet is as follows: When the magnet is excited with. With the help of the, 817nle 1, a main magnetic field is created in the niagneti "elien main circuit running over the core and 1llaatel parts 2, 3, the air gap 13, the armature 4 and the main air gap 1.4, and over the parts 8, 9,
. The air gap 1 5 and the end piece 10 of the armature 4 a nni @@ netic shunt to the parts of the magnetic main circuit containing the air gap 13. The in the air gap 1:
) The attraction force generated counteracts that in the main air gap 14 and, in the unsaturated state of the magnetic connector, initially even outweighs the last-mentioned force.
The two forces are related to each other, which is given by the following relationship:
EMI0002.0093
Kilxi is P. = the adjusting force and P1 the locking force counteracting this;
Ina L ,,, and L,., Are the lengths of the air gaps 13, 14 and 15 in the rest state of the armature in d Q,; "Q", the cross-sections of the air gaps 1: 3 and 15. </ B > Furthermore, k ,, and k1 mean coefficients which primarily characterize the saturation states of the shunt and the main circuit.
From FIG. 1 it can be seen that the relationship
EMI0002.0115
something is equal to 1. Already in the itulicziist state of the magnet
EMI0002.0119
greater than 1.
The parts of the main circle and the shunt that run over the iron should be measured in this way. that the above-mentioned product is initially less than 1 when the excitation current is switched on.
After a certain time (.t ”in FIG. 3), however, the saturation at the constricted point 11 becomes so high that the ratio
EMI0003.0003
increases sharply and finally assumes such a value that the ratio
EMI0003.0006
becomes greater than 1. Then the force P predominates and the armature 4 begins to move.
The iron cross-section of the shunt can be selected in relation to that of the main circuit and to the air gap lengths in the rest state of the magnet so that the armature movement can only begin when the displacement force, for example 80% < / B> has reached the maximum value of the adjustment force that can be achieved with the anchor held in the dropped anchor position.
Since the small air gap 15 grows rapidly here, the latching effect stops practically immediately (see curve P1 ixi, FIG. 2). The armature acceleration due to the tightening force P2 is now only counteracted by the relatively weak restoring spring (force P3 in FIG. 2).
If, as in the present exemplary embodiment, the locking air gap 15 can be set as small as desired, or at least as small as desired so that the locking force exceeds the greatest possible adjustment force in the dropped armature position and thus the armature does not tighten, so can achieve any strength of locking effect.
The lower limit of the latching force will practically not fall below the value of 60% of the maximum value of the adjustment force in the dropped anchor position. The cross section of the line of force flow at the locking air gap is expediently chosen to be larger than that of the main air gap. The parts that form this air gap then do not need to be manufactured as precisely as would be necessary with a small cross section. Incidentally, the air gap can also be replaced by non-magnetic inserts if necessary.
The constriction 11 on the armature can, if necessary, be replaced or supplemented by a recess 11a (shown in dashed lines in Fig. 1) at such a point on the armature 4, so that the magnetic flux remains unaffected when the armature is attracted,
@that, however, the air gap 1d is at least partially enlarged when the anchor has fallen. With increasing armature tightening, the magnetic resistance in the main magnetic circuit containing the main air gap becomes smaller.
It goes without saying that rotary impact magnets can also be provided with a magnetic locking device in the same way. If there is a large number of pole teeth on such a magnet, it is advisable to place the poles on the side on which they are to be removed from each other during the working stroke.
to be provided with small approaches of small cross-section. In the case of other rotary impact magnets, special locking poles with a small cross section can be used.
Instead of a magnetic shunt, a separately excited latching magnet or a permanent magnet can also be used. In the latter case, however, care must be taken to avoid remanence in the armature.
