Ebenso können an stationären Lagertanks Undichtigkeiten auftreten, die erst relativ spät erkannt werden, so daß auch hier ölverseuchte Böden anfallen, deren Beseitigung unumgänglich ist. Aufgrund dieser nicht zu ändernden Fakten war man gezwungen, Wege zu suchen, die eine rasche Beseitigung der im Erdreich eingedrungenen, brennbaren, schädlichen Substanzen herbeiführen, mit anderen Worten, das hierfür anzuwendende Verfahren muß so sein, daß es mit Einrichtungen durchgeführt werden kann, die gegebenenfalls schnell zur Unfallstelle transportiert und dort in Betrieb gesetzt werden können. Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren werden die mit brennbaren Substanzen verunreinigten Böden in einem geführten Heizgasstrom einem zeitlich regelbaren Ausbrennungsprozeß unterworfen, dessen Dauer - je nach dem Sättigungsgrad der Böden mit diesen Stoffen -in einem Bereich zwischen zwei und fünfzehn Minuten liegt und vorzugsweise sieben Minuten beträgt. Vorteilhafterweise werden dabei die mit den brennbaren Substanzen behafteten ste#4 im Gegenstrom durch die Heizgase geführt, wobei die Temperatur dieser Gase in einem regelbaren Bereich zwischen 200 und 1000o C liegt. Um eine Gefährdung der Einrichtungen zur Durchführung dieses Verfahrens durch Überhitzung auszuschalten, ist vorgesehen, daß die aus der Verbrennung der Fremdsubstanzen und des Zündmediums resultierende Wärmeentwicklung pro Zeiteinheit durch Regelung des Durchsatzes des Zündmediums und /oder der Materialaufgabe hinsichtlich deren Mengen und/oder deren Konzentration mit brennbaren Substanzen regelbar ist, so daß bei Berücksichtigung der möglichen Wärmeabführung stets bei optimalen Temperaturen gearbeitet werden kann. Zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens wird vorzugsweise eine im Gegenstrom befeuerte, fahrbare Trockentrommel verwendet. Die Beschickung dieser Trommel kann z.B. über ein übliches Becherwerk erfolgen, dem man vorzugsweise ein Mischgefäß vorschaltet, in das die verunreinigten Böden - entsprechend dem Grad ihrer Verunreinigung - anteilmäßig so eingebracht werden, daß sie in weitestgehend konstanter Konzentration der Trommel zugeführt werden können. Verfahren zur Entfernung von in Erdreich eingedrungenen, ' brennbaren Substanzen wie Minentöle oder dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit brennbaren Substanzen verunreinigten Böden in einem geführten Heizgasstrom einem zeitlich regelbaren Ausbrennungsprozeß unterworfen werden, dessen Dauer - je nach dem Sättigungsgrad der Böden mit diesen Stoffen -in einem Bereich zwischen zwei und fünfzehn Minuten liegt und vorzugsweise sieben Minuten beträgt. 2.) Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit brennbaren Substanzen behafteten Stoffe im Gegenstrom durch die Heizgase geführt werden. ' 3.) Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperatur des Heizgasstromes in einem regelbaren Bereich zwischen 200 und 1000°C liegt. 4.) Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus der Verbrennung der Fremdsubstanzen und des Zündmediums resultierende Wärmeentwicklung pro Zeiteinheit durch Regelurig des Durqhsatzes des Zündmediums und/oder der Materialaufgabe hinsichtlich deren Menge und/oder deren Konzentration mit brennbaren Substanzen regelbar ist. 5. )'Einrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein transportables (fahrbares) Aggregat, bestehend aus einem Becher-.bzw. Baggerwerk mit angeschlossener, durch Heizgase. befeuerter Trockentrommel vorgesehen ist, welcher-das zu behandelnde Erdreich zugeführt wird. 6.) Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der .. Trockentrommel eine Mischvorrichtung vorgeschaltet ist, in welche die verunreinigtän Erdmassen entsprechend dem Grad ihrer Ölverseuchung anteilmäßig so eingebracht werden, daß die der Trockentrommel zuzuführende Erdmasse eine weitgehend konstante Konzentration aufweist.Patent claims 1.)
