  • Mit Geweben verbundene Bahnen oder Körper aus Polyvinylchlorid-Schaumstoffen (Zusatz zu DBP..... (Aktenzeichen D 35 140 VII/8 h) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Gegenstand des Hauptpatentes ...........(aktenzeichen D 35 140 VIIB@) sind mit Geweben durch Hochfrequenzverschweißung verbundene Bahnen oder Körper aus Polyvinylchlorid-Schaumstoffen, die dadurch gekennzeichnet sind, daß die Schaumstoffbahnen oder Schaumstoffkörper aus Polyvinylchlorid mit einem Mischgewebe bestehend aus 60 - 70% Polyvinylchloridfaser, 25 - 20% Polyamidfaser und 15-1A, Wollfaser linienförmig verschweißt sind.
  • Es wurde nun gefunden, daß man solche mit Geweben durch Hochfrequenzverschweißung verbundene Bahnen oder Körper aus Polyvinylchlorid-Schaumstoffen vorteilhaft auch in der Weise herstellen kann, daB man mit einem Mischgewebe aus nur j0-60 ; o Polyvinylchloridfasern und 70 - 40% Polyamidfasern, Woll-, Baumwoll-, Zellwollfasern od. dgl. bzw. deren Gemischen arbeitet. Es hat sich nämlich gezeigt, daß der Gehalt t des Mischgewebes an Polyvinylchloridfasern zwischen 30 und 6 bereits genügt, um neben den nicht verschweißten Trägerfasern durch die Hochfrequenzverschweißung eine vorzügliche Haftnaht zu erzeugen. Es können auf diese Art und Weise durch die Schweißnähte gemusterte Verbundmaterialien hergestellt werden, die nebeneinander, eingebettet in zwei Schichten, Schaumkissen tragen. Besonders die obere Deckschicht wird vorher entsprechend dem jeweiligen Verwendungszweck eingefärbt oder sonstwie, z. B. velourartig, gestaltet. Abgesehen von der Musterung durch die Schreißnahtlinien kann auch durch entsprechende Randverschweißung z. B. ein fertiges Sitzpolsterkissen direkt erzeugt werden.

(Aktenzeichen D 35 140 VII/8 h), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daB das verwendete Mischgewebe aus 30 - 60% Polyvinylchloridfasern und 70-40% Polyamidfasern,'Joll-, Baumwoll-, Zellwollfasern od. dgl. bzw. deren Gemischen besteht.
