Nachstehend ist eine Einrichtung beschrieben und auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung dargestellt, durch welche das Abziehen des beim Scheuern von Metallgegenständen und dergl. in der Scheuertrommel entstehenden Staubes und der zum Scheuern verwendeten feinen Mittel ermöglicht wird, so daß die Staubteile aus der Trommel nicht in den Arbeitsraum gelangen und das später vorzunehmende, gesundheitsschädliche Abstäuben oder Sieben der gescheuerten Gegenstände nicht mehr nötig ist. Die Trommel α wird mit Zapfen b versehen, die an der Trommel durch Schrauben oder ' in anderer Weise befestigt werden. Zweckmäßig erhält die Trommel an der Stelle, wo die Zapfen angebracht sind, siebartige Lochungen, während die Zapfen mit einer Aushöhlung c versehen. sind, so daß ein freier Raum zwischen Trommel und AchsenHantsch entsteht.
