Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Thermosäule, welche einen größeren Wirkungsgrad hat als die bisherigen, betriebssicherer ist als jene und sich in kürzerer Zeit anheizen läßt. In dem oberen wagerechten Teile des Bandes b findet teils durch Ausstrahlung, teils durch die kühlende Wirkung eines angelöteten Kupferstreifens g, der gleichzeitig die Verbindung mit dem nächsten Element und zwar durch Vermittlung von dessen Kühlplatte^1 herstellt, die nötige Abkühlung statt.
