Die Barfindung besieht sich auf ein Rohr für
den Aufbau
von lörderleitungen, insbesondere Ölleitungen (soge-
nannte Fipelines). An derartige Rohre werden zahlreiche
Anforderungen gestellt, welche teilweise nurhohwierig
miteinander vereinbart werden können. Die Rohre sollen
leicht verlegbar sein, auf der anderen Seite aber aus-
reichende ?eatigkeit besitzen, um den meohaäisohen
Bean-
spruchungen und den ?örderdruok standhalten zu können."
Die erste lorderung läßt sich praktisch nur mit einen
geringen Rohrgesehwicht erfüllenl die zweite lmrderung
verlangt kräftige Rohre Bi.e in der Regel sehr schwer
sind. Hit der äorderuni ?« iöhrrriderstandafähigkeit
ist
auch die weitere lorderung schlecht vereinbar, daß das
Rohr eine gewisse zrümmungsiähigkeit besitzen soll,
damit es sich *bei Verlegung in freien Gelände den
vorhandenen Steigungen, Rängvcag, Buchten und Mulden
leicht anassen läßt. Wegen der hohen 7estigkeit und
Steifigkeit der bisher üblichen Rohre ist man tut
die Verwendung Torgebogener Rohrteile angewiesen, die
sowohl die Fertigung als aueh'den Transport und die
Verlegung erschweren.
Die Erfindung will demgegenüber ein Rohr verfügbar ma-
chen, welches sowohl die Forderung hoher mechanischer
Widerstandsfähigkeit als auch die Forderung leichter
Handhabung durch Gewichtsverminderung und schließlich
die ?orderung bezüglich Anpassungsfähigkeit an das Ge-
lände bei freier Verlegung erfüllt . - Die Besonderheit
des erfindungsgemäßen Rohres besteht in seiner

' Das lietall-Wollrohr ist aufgrund seiner #ärtelung
ver-
hältnismäßig leicht biegsam so daß bei Ausbildung
des
Innenrohres mit einer gewissen %rümmungsthigkeit das
zusammengesetzte Rohr in der Zage ist, sieh vorhandenen
Abweichungen von geraden Verlauf des Geländes anzupassen.
Das zusammengesetzte Rohr besitzt sogar eine so weit Se-
hende rrümmungsfähigkeit, daß es ähnlich wie ein =abel
auf eine Trommel aufgewickelt werden kann und auch ähnlich
wie ein äabel verlegt worden kann. Es besteht daher ohne
weiteren die Möglichkeit, mehrere Rohre bereits an der
I`ertigungestelle zu längeren Rohrzügen tu verbinden,
die auf einer Trommel an die #erwendurg sstelle transpor-
tiert werden können.
Sowohl das Innenrohr als auch das äußere Notall-Wollrohr
können mit verhältnisaä8ig geringer Wandstärke ausgebildet
sein. Es lassen sich dadurch ohne wesentliche leeiniräoh-
tigung der pestigkeit den Rohres erhebliche Gewichtsein-
sparungen erzielen; und der Materialaufwand kann ent-
sprebhand gering gehalten werden,
Die Verstärkungswirkung den äußeren Notall-Wollrohren
ist eine mehrfache. äs wird einerseits eine Erhöhung der
Festigkeit *gegen inneren Druck erzielt, und andererseits
wird durch das äußere Notall-Wollrohr eine rüokungsge-
fahr für das Innenrohr erreicht, so daß das Innenrohr
bei etwaigen Biegungen des Rohrzuges keine Quersahnittä-
verengung erfährt,
!ür den Aufbau des erfindungsgemäßen Rohres stehen meh-
rere Nögliahkeiten zur Verfügung. Als zweckmäßig hat
es sich erwiesen, das Innenrohr als dünnwandigess Notall-
rohr auszubilden, welchen'aus einen mit geschwei#ter
13t08- oder Überlappungenaht ausgebildeten, wendelfäxnig
gewickelten oder in Querrichtung gewalzten Band gefertigt
ist. Das Innenrehr kann auch aus einen tunstatotfrohr
be-
stehen. Darüberhinaus kann es sweokmäßig sein, das
Innenrohr mit leichten gürtelartigen lineohnürnsngen aus-
sustatten, welche seine Krümmung erleichtern und seine
ertigung aus einem dickeren Material ermöglichen. Die
gürtelartigen Einsohnürungen sind indessen auch bei
geringer Wandstärke den Innenrohres torteilhaftq
Das äußere Netall-Wellrohr kann aus beliebigem Metall
gefertigt sein, Eine torrosionsgefahr läßt sieh ge-
gebenenfalls dadurch ausschalten oder verringern, daß
die freiliegenden Metallflächen den Wollrohren mit
einem als Korrosionnechuts wirkenden Überzug
oder einer
entsprechenden gohutzsohioht versehen werden. Die
gleiche Maßnahme empfiehlt sich natürlich auch für das
Innenrohr, falls diesen durch äorrosione gefährdet sein
sollt!.
1'ür den lall, daß das Rohr aus einem inneren Metallrohr
und aus damäußeren Metall-Wollrohr zusammengesetzt
ist, besteht die Möglichkeit, die beiden Rohrteile
als Leiter für einen ReJ"jetrom auszunutzen. Dazu
empfiehlt die Brfindung in ihrere weiteren Ausbildung,
daß das aus Metall vergleichsweise geringer elektri-
scher Leitfähigkeit bestehende Innenrohr von dem äus-
seren Metall-Wellrohr mit vergleichsweise hoher Leit-
fähigkeit durch eins isolierende Zwischenschicht ge-
trennt ist.
Die $rfindung soll anhand der Zeichnung noch näher
erläutert werden, welche verschiedene Ausführungemög-
liohkeiten für das Rohr veransohaulich4t.
Mach fig. 1 ist das Rohr aus einem inneren Metall-
rohr 2, und einen äußeren Metall-Wellrohr 'd susammen-
gesetzt, Das Wollrohr liegt lose auf dem Innenrohr
und ist entweder an seinen Enden mit den

sprechend kräftiger ausgeführt sein, weil es nunmehr
faut die gesamte Beanspruchung zu übernehmen hat.

rohr 2, einem äußeren Metall-Wollrohr 1 und einer

diesem Bohraufbau besteht die Möglichkeit, dass Well-
rohr 1 und das innere Metallrohr 2 als stroaführende
Leiter verfügbar zu machen und mit ihrer Hilfe eine
elektrische Widerstandsheizung für die zu fördernde
llüesigkeit einzurichten. Hierzu ist das Innenrohr
aus einem äetallr vergleichsweise geringer elektrischer
Zeitfähigkeit gefertigt, während das äußere Metall-
Wellrohr 1 vergleicüsweiee hohe Leitfähigkeit besitzt.
Durch geeignete leitende Zwischenverbindungen zwischen
den Rohren 1 und 2 lassen sich sowohl örtlich begren$.-
te Beheizungestellen einriohten,als auch eine Beheizung
auf der ganzen Rohrlänge.
