"Hallrohr"

Rohrachse parallelen Naht
miteinander vilrsehweißt, verfallt, verklebt

Increased transverse pressure resistance protects the cladding tubes against unavoidable loads, for example from falling concrete when pouring or by walking on during laying and concreting work, while good flexibility makes it easier to lay the cladding tubes in a non-linear manner and enables longer lengths of cladding tube to be transported when rolled up . In the manufacture of these known cladding tubes, the procedure in most cases is such that either a smooth-walled tube made of a metal or plastic strip is bent together , the edges of which are welded together along the seam parallel to the tube axis, decayed, glued or otherwise connected with liquid , after which the resulting pipe is provided with the desired profile using a special tool, or the pipe is manufactured by winding a metal or Kunetetotfbanden in the shape of a dome with simultaneous welding, verticaling, gluing and so on. adjacent strip edges, the strip either already containing the desired cladding tube profile or this being embossed during or after the winding process. But there are also known cladding tubes made of plastic that can be made final by an extruder off.

denn an diesen
However, these known cladding tubes have shown the disadvantage in practice that the remaining fragrance and water inclusions cannot be prevented when the cladding tubes are filled with the Auepreßmörtel, in particular because the cladding tube profile runs practically transversely to the flow direction of the Auepresmürtels. Are also the cladding tubes geradlinig_verlegt niaht, which is usually the case, then serve Breeheinuna is reinforced üadurch that reach the tendons over long distances on the cladding tube wall to the plant, thereby axially parallel or ring-shaped cavities form that is difficult for the AuspreBmörtel at all or are accessible . The remaining such cavities filled with scent or water not only sets the shear bond between the pre-mortar and the cladding tube .bzr. the surrounding in-situ concrete, but also means a considerable risk for the prestressed concrete structure or product, because at these points the tendons are subject to the corrosive influences from which they are to be protected by the coating with injection mortar. If the tendons are in contact with the cladding tube over a longer distance, this also has the disadvantage that there is considerable frictional resistance between the tendons and the cladding tube, which both causes the pulling in. as well as the tensioning of tendons.

To avoid these disadvantages, it has already been proposed to provide the cladding tubes with additional indentations on their wall, which protrude further into the cladding tube interior than the usual profiling, but the production of such indentations requires complicated additional tools and makes production more difficult. so that the production costs of such cladding tubes increase noticeably. The object of the invention is, therefore, a cladding tube to admit Toggle by which the disadvantages inherent to the known cladding tubes to be removed. This cladding tube should be designed in such a way that, regardless of how it is laid, larger contact sections between tendons and cladding tube wall cannot occur, and it should also be achieved that air bubbles or water inclusions that are stuck in the depths of the cladding tube profile are forcibly expelled. Finally, the measures to be taken to achieve this goal should not have any significant influence on the production process and the production costs of the cladding tube. Starting from a cladding tube of the type described at the outset, this object is achieved according to the invention in that the cladding tube is polygonal in cross section and that the edges run in the form of a cone duct in the longitudinal direction of the cladding tube. Such an inventive cladding tube forms around the tendons gleiabelnn4..g mlt the edges sohrub-like running cross-sectional extensions, 3o that the tendons running essentially parallel to the cladding tube . The distance between these contact points can be determined in a simple manner by means of the slope of the very dome-shaped edge course.
