Die Maschine besteht aus einer drehbar gelagerten, mit einem Ausschnitt versehenen Trommel 1, welche zum Festhalten und Bewegen der zu etikettirenden Flasche dient. Zum Drehen bezw. Bewegen der Trommel ist auf dieser ein Handgriff 2 angeordnet, welcher aus zwei Theilen besteht und so gestaltet ist, dafs die eine Hälfte des Handgriffes 2 auf einen eine Andrückwalze 3 haltenden, um 7 drehbaren Bügel 4 befestigt ist. Die Handgriffhälften werden durch eine Feder 5 aus einander gedrückt, während ein am Bügel 4 sitzender Stift bezw. Anschlag 6 das Auseinanderdrücken der Handgriffhälften durch die Feder 5 nur so weit zuläfst, dafs dieselben noch bequem mit einer Hand umspannt und zusammengeprefst werden können, wobei der die zweckmäfsig mit einem Kautschuküberzug ausgerüstete Andrückwalze 3 führende Bügel 4 nach unten gedrückt wird, so dafs die Walze 3 durch den Trommelausschnitt auf die in der Trommel befindliche Flasche geprefst wird. Die Andrückwalze 3 hat den doppelten Zweck, einmal die Flasche in der Trommel festzuhalten, so dafs erstere in der letzteren sich nicht verschiebt bezw. verdreht und das andere Mal das auf die Flasche zu klebende Etikett festzuhalten und mitzunehmen. Auf dem Gehäuse der Vorrichtung ist der Tisch 8 angeordnet, auf welchem der Etikettstapel gelagert ist, von welchem vermittelst einer Fördervorrichtung je ein Etikett abgehoben, bis zur Flasche weitergeführt und dort in der richtigen Lage auf der letzteren befestigt wird. Die Etikettfördervorrichtung besteht aus einem Cylinder 9, welcher nach Art einer Luftpumpe ausgebildet ist. Durch Einführen der zu etikettirenden Flasche in die Trommel 1 wird die in letzterer verschiebbar angeordnete Platte 13 durch erstere zurückgeschoben und der Kolben 10 vermittelst der Hebelanordnung in dem als Luftpumpe ausgebildeten Cylinder 9 in der Pfeilrichtung Fig. 5 verschoben und in die durch Fig. G veranschaulichte Stellung gebracht, wodurch eine Saugwirkung ausgeübt wird, welche sich auf den Saugnapf 21 überträgt, so dafs durch gleichzeitiges Anheben und Verdrehen des letzteren ein Etikett von dem auf dem Tisch befindlichen Stapel abgehoben und an bezw. auf die zu beklebende Flasche gebracht wird. Der Etikettstapel kann durch geeignet angeordnete, einstellbare Leisten 28 der Gröfse der Etiketts entsprechend eingestellt werden. Vor der Flascheneinführöffnung der Trommel 1 ist halbkreisförmig eine Anfeuchtevorrichtung für die Flaschen angeordnet. Dieselbe besteht aus einer der Flascheneinführöffnung der Trommel entsprechend gestalteten Büchse 29, welche ■ mit einem die Anfeucht-' " flüssigkeit leicht aufsaugenden Material wie z. B. Durch Drehen des mit dem Handgriffe verbundenen Hebels 4 in der Pfeilrichtung (Fig. 8) wird die Trommel und die darin befindliche Flasche mit in Umdrehung versetzt und das durch die Rolle 3 festgehaltene Etikett allmälig auf die Flasche gezogen, wobei die Druckplatte 32 beständig das Etikett gegen die Flasche andrückt, so dafs dasselbe gleichmäfsig und glatt auf derselben befestigt wird.
