Die Kappe hat eine Unterseite 22 und eine Oberseite 24. Der Behälter 12 ist mit einer geeigneten Flüssigkeit gefüllt, beispielsweise einem Schuhpfiegemittel 26. Der Verschlußkörper 14 ist aus einem geeigneten elastischen und dehnbaren Material hergestellt, beispielsweise Polyurethan, Gummi oder gummiähnlichem Material oder irgendeinem geeigneten Kunststoff. Er besteht aus einer Scheibe 28, die in einen Unterteil 30 mit zylindrischer Seitenwand 32 übergeht. Der Verschlußkörper 14 ist mit einem zylindrischen Hohlraum 34 versehen, der sich durch die Scheibe 28 so weit in den Unterteil 30 erstreckt, daß sein unteres Ende 36 etwas von dem unteren Ende des Körpers 14 entfernt ist. Mehrere Bohrungen 38 sind, wie in Fig. 3 am besten erkennbar, ringförmig um den Hohlraum 34 angeordnet, erstrecken sich nach unten und divergieren derart, daß sie bei 39 in die Seitenwand des Körpers 14 austreten. Wie aus F i g. 2 ersichtlich, wird nach dem Einsetzen des Verschlußkörpers 14 in die Öffnung 18 des Flaschenhalses 17 und nach dem Einführen des Stiftes 42 in den Hohlraum 34 die Seitenwand 30 sich so nach außen wölben, daß der Verschlußkörper 16 im Flaschenhals 17 wirksam festgehalten wird und als Verschluß dient. Normalerweise enden die Bohrungen 38 über der Unterseite 22 der Kappe 20, und keine Flüssigkeit kann an dem Körper 14 vorbei. Im Gebrauch jedoch, wenn der Aufstreichkopf 40 auf die mit Flüssigkeit zu versehende Oberfläche aufgedrückt wird, dehnt der Stift 42 den Unterteil 30 des Körpers 14 so weit, daß die Bohrungen 38 nach innen treten und mit der Flüssigkeit 26 in Verbindung kommen, wobei Flüssigkeit in der Richtung der Pfeile A auf den Aufstreichkopf gelangt. Es ist ein zylindrischer Hohlraum 136 vorgesehen sowie eine Vielzahl von ringförmig angeordneten Bohrungen 138, die zueinander parallel sind und bei 139 in der Außenwand des Unterteils 130 enden.
