Abstract
1. Installation of heat treatment of any sort of divided products and of the type comprising a heating means connected with product feeding means (2) to be treated and with an enclosure (10) of heat treatment of that product which exhibits a cyclone-shaped lower part (17), from where the product is coming out to arrive to a cooler (20) connected with a source of cold air and the lower part (24) of which exhibits a cyclone shape too, characterized in that the heating means is a burner (1) in counter-rotation of combustive air and of combustible gas connected with an oven (15) made up of a volute (16) mounted at the top part of the thermal enclosure (10), whereas the source of cold air is made up of a cap (25) connected with the exit of the enclosure (10) and comprising at least two cold air inlets (26) which provide in the cap (25) an air flow in counter-rotation mixing and cooling down the products coming out from the enclosure (10), the said cap being connected with a volute (23) mounted at the top part (22) of the cooler (20).
