Brush vacuum cleaner for cleaning textile fabrics All textile fabrics
after their production in the weaving mill contain lint and thread remnants, which before the
Further processing must be removed. This process cannot be meticulous
enough, otherwise the quality of the goods when printing on the fabric
is reduced quite considerably. When film printing z. B. will if lint or thread remnants
still exist, not only is the relevant point faulty, it settles
rather, the fluff or thread remnants stick to the film and cause permanent errors
of the following blankets to be printed on. The accumulation of bad goods is considerable and
the cleaning of the film frames is time-consuming and with it the downtimes of the film printing machine
significant. The profitability of such an expensive system is therefore to a high degree
depending on the cleanliness of the fabric to be processed on it.
Even when the fabric is seared, the thread remnants must be burned
Lint must be removed, otherwise the desizing liquor through which the fabric web is drawn
runs, is heavily contaminated and is no longer usable after a short time.
Machines have therefore been developed that brush textiles
or knock and vacuum the dust and lint using a connected fan.
These machines consist of a closed housing in which brushing or tapping rollers
are firmly stored, between which the textile goods through an input and a
Exit slot in the housing is pulled through. A major disadvantage of this
Arrangements is that you can use the rotating rollers with brushing or tapping or
both elements are provided, does not correspond to the sensitivity of the goods
can adjust. Likewise, one is unable to completely except the work rolls
To bring intervention, because these machines are mostly in a work process
consisting of several machines permanently installed, and it is not always desirable that
Textile goods are brushed. Also, rotating brushes wear out, it shrinks
their diameter, which gives the permanently installed brushes the brushing effect
steadily decreased; The adjustment provided according to the invention also has an effect here
the brushes by means of a lever attached outside the machine.
aufklappen.Another disadvantage of the known machines is that they are time consuming
Pulling in the pre-cloth or the textile goods themselves, which makes it particularly difficult
is made by the air ducts built into the machines. According to the invention
is the air duct, which has to suck out both sides of the fabric, in the simplest way
solved with the least amount of material. The air inlet and outlet openings are
on both sides half above and half below the length of fabric, so that a
Intense air flow on both sides of the textile is created, which contains all dust particles
and lint perfectly. For quick pulling in of the fabric and control
The brushing and knocking elements can be used to cover the entire length and width of the housing
unfold.

einwandfreie Absaugung sorgt. From Fig. 1, the pivotably arranged mounting of the tapping brush rollers can be seen. The rollers 1 and 2 are mounted on both sides in the end shields 3 and 4, which are held together by strong cross members 5 and 6. The end shields themselves are mounted on the fan side in the housing wall 7 and on the drive side in a bridge 8 which is attached to the other housing wall 9. The housing walls are held together by the lower housing plate 10. The upper housing plate 11 is rotatably mounted around the point 12 so that it can be folded up in order to be able to access the rollers and the drive if necessary and to be able to pull in the web of material. Both housing parts 10 and 11 are firmly held together by two pivot screws 12 and 13. Between the two housing parts 10 and 11 there is a slot for the web of material to pass through. Four chrome-plated profile irons 14,15,16 and 17 ensure that the fabric can run smoothly. Due to the pivotable arrangement of the tapping brush rollers, they can be brought into or out of the working position by means of the lever 18 attached to a bearing shield. A fine adjustment of the tapping brush rollers to the fabric is also possible. The stops 19 and 20 fix the end positions. A limit switch 21 closes a signal lamp circuit when the tapping brush rollers are out of working position, and switches on the motors for drive and fan when the system is in operation and the tapping brush rollers are brought into working position by lever 18. Since the fabric web is tapped and brushed on both sides, the suction opening 22 is attached to an outer wall in such a way that an air flow is created on both sides of the fabric web through the inlet opening provided with a sieve 23 on the other outer wall and ensures proper suction.
