Description

Klopfmaschine.

Knocking machine. Knocking machines that have become known so far knock the knocked material, for example a carpet, by means of saw carriers that are attached to a rotatable. Shaft are attached, only from one side. During the knocking process, the product to be knocked is guided on a base. In order to achieve a reasonably sufficient dedusting with these knocking machines, it is necessary that the knocking process is exposed to the knocking process first on one side, then on the other.

The present invention relates to a rapping machine which has two rapping devices working against each other, between which the material to be knocked is passed through.

The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention in a vertical cross section. A is a box in which two tapping rollers b and b 'by means of two toothed wheels, which are defined by the pitch circles d and d are indicated, are set in motion against each other with the same number of revolutions. Here, the beaters c and c attached to the tapping rollers b and b 'come up against the carpet with the same strength and serve to knock out the dust on both sides.

The carpet g is inevitably between the rule. two tapping rollers b and b 'carried out. A larger roller f and two smaller rollers n and ri guide it. The clubs c and c, which are attached to the shafts b and b ', hit the carpet g and get the same force. A roller e is arranged on the box a, onto which the carpet inevitably rolls up during the tapping process.

The fall of dust on the horizontal part of the carpet is prevented by the intermediate floor m. The slots i, i and i "allow the carpet to run through a front wall, the intermediate floor m and the top wall of the box a.
