Conveyor vessel or measuring pocket with one or more protective flaps The
The invention relates to a bucket or a measuring pocket with one or more
Protective flaps made of two parts, of which the outer, the free end of the protective flap
forming part with the inner part by a parallel to the pivot axis of the protective flap
arranged joint is connected. Protective flaps of this type are used at
Conveyor vessels already known. Here are the inner protective flap part and one of it
Length-adapted handlebars within the conveying vessel at a distance one above the other
hinged to the vessel walls and the free end of the control lever is with the outer
Protective flap part held in an articulated connection that in cooperation with the
inner flap part a parallelogram guide for the outer protective flap part
is formed. The outer part of the protective flap can only be used with one by the weight
of the conveyed material caused downward pivoting of the inner protective flap part
avoid the incoming conveyed goods under forced control. Upon reaching a
certain degree of filling of the conveying vessel then hits the end edge of the outer
Protective flap part on the conveyed goods already in the conveying vessel and prevented
thus the further evasive movement of the protective flap, because the guide parallelogram
a lifting of the outer protective flap part against the direction of fall of the conveyed material
counteracts this by the conveyed material that has already been filled. These well-known protective flaps
are therefore already ineffective when the fill level of the bucket is still considerable
lies below the flap pivot axis, which is fixed to the vessel, because of the filled material to be conveyed
in the direction of fall evasive outer protective flap part is already held. the
The height of fall of the filled goods is still considerable and it results
thus an undesired shredding of the conveyed material as well as by the
high fall of the conveyed good caused great stress on the container, as well as
when using the known one-piece protective flaps.
The invention is based on the object of a protective flap arrangement
for conveying vessels or measuring pockets that are opposite to the incident conveyed material
forms an effective braking surface along its entire length, but on the filled material
a resistance that prevents further pivoting is only found when the filling quantity
of the vessel has grown to just below the protective flap suspension. The solution
this task is essentially achieved in that the inner protective flap part
is provided at its front end with a stop against which the articulated
suspended outer protective flap part is supported against the direction of fall of the conveyed material.
This arrangement ensures that when the outer protective flap part
with its edge hits the conveyed goods stored in the conveying vessel, he opposes
the direction of fall of the incoming conveyed goods can bend freely and the other
This does not inhibit evasive movement of the protective flap downwards. A particularly simple one
The protective flap is formed when the outer protective flap part has two arms
Lever forms, the inner lever arm of which extends from below against the inner part of the
Protective flap supported.
In the drawing is an embodiment of the protective flap training
shown according to the invention in different operating positions of the protective flaps.
It shows Fig. 1 in elevation, the design and arrangement of the outer protective flap part
at the lower end of the inner protective flap part, FIG. 2, the protective flap arrangement
1 in the working position at the beginning of the filling process, FIG. 3 the protective flap arrangement
in a middle operating position and FIG. 4 the end position of the protective flap arrangement
when the conveying vessel is full.
Fig. 2 zeigt einen
Fig. 4 läßt auch erkennen, daß das Fördergefäß
The conveying vessel 1 shown in the drawing has a protective flap
provided, the inner part 2 is pivotally mounted at 3 in the conveyor vessel and
supported by the spring 4 via the lever 5 and by the shock absorber 6
is. As soon as the force exerted by the product on the protective flap is greater than the
exerted by the spring and the shock absorber
Supporting force gives way to the
Protective flap downwards. This process is repeated until the filling
of the bucket has grown into the swivel range of the protective flap and
these are then held in their downwardly pivoted position by the filled material to be conveyed
will. Thus the distance between the pivot bearing of the protective flap and the filling level
of the conveyed material, based on the vessel cross-section, to the smallest possible extent
is brought until the protective flap is blocked, is at the free end of the inner protective flap part
2, an outer protective flap part 9 is pivotably suspended. This outer protective flap part
9 is arranged and designed so that it is only opposite to the direction of fall A of the
Filling material, namely in the direction of arrow B, is movable. The one around the axis 10
pivotable outer protective flap part9 is designed as a two-armed lever,
whose lever end 11 serves as a stop that extends from below against one leg
the angle iron arranged under the protective flap 2 is supported. Fig. 2 shows one
Loading status of the conveying vessel 1, in which the filling quantity of the conveyed material so far
has increased that the protective flap is just stretched downwards
can dodge. Only when the loading condition recognizable from Fig. 3 is reached,
is when the protective flap swings out under the load of the conveyed material
downward, the outer protective flap part 9 impinges on the filled material to be conveyed
and pivot against the direction of fall of the incoming conveyed goods, while
he executes a sliding shoe-like movement as the protective flap continues to move,
d. that is, that it slides over the filling goods lying under it and finally
reaches the position shown in FIG. Fig. 4 also shows that the bucket
is also completely filled with conveyed goods in the movement area of the protective flap.
After unloading the bucket, i. i.e., when the pressure is released, the protective flap is opened
2 under the action of the spring 4 in the starting position shown in Fig. 2 for renewed
Loading postponed.
It is also possible to have the protective flap with several outer protective flap sections
to be provided in a row. In addition, the no longer acted upon by the product can
outer protective flap part, e.g. B. by a torsion spring, in its respective extended position
to be brought.
