Das vorliegende Verfahren ermöglicht ein gleichmäfsiges Durchfeuchten des Deckungsmaterials bei Cementdächern und verhindert eine Verschiebung des Deckungsmaterials während des Begiefsens. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dafs über das Deckungsmaterial, bevor es abgebunden hat, eine Leinwanddecke gespannt wird, welche nach dem Erhärten des Materials wieder entfernt werden kann. Das Wasser, welches man dem Material behufs Erhärtens zuführen mufs, giebt man auf die ausgespannte Leinwandd'ecke, und hierdurch findet zunächst eine gleichmä'fsigere Abgabe des Wassers an das Material statt, als wenn man das erstere direct auf letzteres schütten würde. Zugleich jedoch verhindert die Leinwanddecke eine Verschiebung des Deckungsmaterials während des Begiefsens. Wäre die Leinwanddecke nicht vorhanden, so könnte es sehr leicht bei dem Begiefsen zu einem Abschwemmen des Materials kommen. Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist das Verfahren veranschaulicht. Auf die Dachverschalung α ist eine Leinwand b aufgelegt. Auf dieser liegt das Material c mit einer an sich bekannten Drahteinlage d. Ist der Cementbelag gleichmäfsig vertheilt und geglättet, so wird die Leinwand e, wie vorher beschrieben, darüber gespannt, mit Wasser gleichmäfsig begossen und nach Erhärtung des Deckungsmaterials wieder entfernt.
