Das Verfahren nach der Erfindung kennzeichnet sich dadurch, daß ein Rohrende in eine Öffnung eines Teiles aus Polyvinylchlorid gesteckt, auf die Verbindungsstelle eine durch Erwärmung gelierbare und dabei an den miteinander zu verbindenden Teilen festhaftende Polyvinylchloridmasse aufgebracht, sodann die Verbindungsstelle mit einer einen Katalysator bzw. zusätzlich einen Beschleuniger enthaltenden Polyester- oder Epoxyharzmasse überdeckt, die Wärme freisetzende Polymerisation der Harzmasse bewirkt und die aufgebrachte Polyvinylchloridmasse mittels der erzeugten Wärme teilweise oder vollständig geliert wird.
