beider Teile in radialer Richtung zulassenden, in Umfangsrichtung jedoch spielfreien
Gas turbine rotor The invention relates to a gas turbine rotor
cantilevered turbine runner, the hub of which with mutual movements
allow both parts in the radial direction, but play-free in the circumferential direction
Spike toothing engages in the rotor shaft, with both parts through a central
arranged screw are axially braced against each other.
In the case of such a gas turbine rotor, the toothing is in the design
make sure that the heat flow from the turbine wheel hub to the shaft is so
is as low as possible. According to the invention, this goal is achieved by such a toothing
achieved in which the profile of the teeth, viewed radially, is rectangular, where
the cross-section remains the same over the entire radial extent of the toothing,
and in which the teeth of one of the interlocking parts are higher than that
Teeth of the other part. This ensures that only half of the total
sit existing teeth at the bottom of their associated grooves and the end faces
the other teeth fail for the heat flow from the impeller hub to the shaft.
A further reduction in the total contact area results in the design
the invention in that the end faces of the axially seated teeth with a
or several recesses can be provided.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing.

der Getriebeseite her gesehen, in Draufsicht gezeigt.Fig. 1 shows a gas turbine with an overhung turbine impeller in a longitudinal section; In Fig. 2, the impeller of the gas turbine according to Fig. 1, seen from the transmission side, is shown in plan view.
In Fig. 1, the pot-shaped shaft 6 is mounted the turbine impeller 1 by means of a coaxially in it extending substantially thinner support shaft 7 in the tubular housing part 8 rotatably, said housing part extends into the annular space between the well shaft 6 and the bearing shaft 7 8. With the end 12 facing away from the pot shaft, the housing part 8 is firmly connected to the inlet housing 13. The bottom 9 of the pot shaft 6 has a bore 14 through which the central threaded bolt 5 , which is embodied in one piece with the impeller hub 2, protrudes. This bolt is screwed to the bearing shaft 7 so that the pot shaft 6 is firmly clamped between the bearing shaft 7 and the impeller 1 in the axial direction. Bearing shaft 7 and pot shaft 6 are additionally secured against mutual rotation by dowel pins 10. In order to enable the turbine impeller 1 , which is thermally highly stressed during operation, to be able to expand freely in all directions in its fastening on the pot shaft 6, in particular in its hub 2, while maintaining the centering, over the circumference of the impeller hub 2 symmetrically distributed, three axially protruding teeth 3 are arranged, which engage in corresponding grooves in a collar 11 on the pot shaft 6 . When viewed radially, teeth and grooves have a rectangular shape. Their cross-section remains the same over the entire radial extent. Since teeth and grooves also have the same width in the circumferential direction, when the hub 2 expands radially, the teeth slide without play in the circumferential direction in the associated grooves. As a result of the symmetrical distribution of the teeth and grooves, the centering is retained. In order to keep the contact area between the impeller 1 and the pot shaft 6 and the heat flow from the wheel to the shaft as small as possible, the height of the teeth in the axial direction is greater than the depth of the associated grooves, so that between the impeller hub 2 and the collar 11 the pot shaft 6 an air gap 15 is formed.
