Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung, mit deren Hülfe es möglich ist, auf gewöhnlichen Patronen-, Schrauben- oder Drehbänken aus einem Metallstabe Faconstücke mit excentrischen Zapfen mit oder ohne Gewinde oder sonstige beliebige Gestaltung herzustellen. Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand dargestellt. Wie aus dieser ersichtlich, besteht der Erfindungsgedanke darin, dafs eine excentrisch gebohrte Patrone durch eine Kupplungsvorrichtung je nach Bedarf zeitweilig mit dem Metallstab, aus welchem die Schrauben, Keile u. s. w. hergestellt werden sollen,, gekuppelt wird, so dafs letzterer also zeitweilig in der feststehenden Patrone sich dreht und darauf wieder, die Patrone mitnehmend, sich mit dieser dreht. Die Einrichtung lä'fst sich an jeder Palronen-, Schrauben- oder gewöhnlichen Drehbank anbringen. Das gewöhnlich in Form eines Stabes α durch die Spindel b der Schraubenbank zugeführte Material läuft mit seinem vorderen, zu bearbeitenden Ende in der Patrone c. Letztere sitzt centrisch in dem Werkzeugstocke d der Bank, ist aber excentrisch ausgebohrt. Durch eine beliebige Kupplungsvorrichtung,· ζ. B. einen einfachen, * auf dem Stabe α selbst sitzenden und an diesem feststellbaren Mitnehmer e kann nun die Patrone je nach Bedarf mit dem Stabe α gekuppelt werden.The subject of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing. Ist auf diese Weise der excentrische Zapfen fertig, so wird die Kupplung gelöst, wodurch die Stange α wieder centrisch läuft, und der Zapfen durch Heranschieben des Gewindeschneiders f mit Gewinde versehen. Darauf endlich wird der Keil auf Länge abgestochen.In order to z.
