Description

DEUTSCHESGERMAN

The subject of the main patent is a method for securing. Shafts by means of anchoring, in particular for securing manhole linings introduced by means of the freezing manhole method, which is characterized in that known per se, perforated along their length anchor and through Injection of binding agents through the anchor perforations, initially at a distance from the shaft lining located mountain parts solidified and then those between the solidified mountain parts and the rock parts located in the manhole lining are drained and consolidated. True, they are perforated Hollow anchor for feeding cement milk into drill holes for cementing the anchor in various embodiments are known, but are the known embodiments for the implementation of the method according to the main patent less suitable.

The invention relates to a further development of the object according to the main patent a hollow, perforated rock anchor, which is particularly suitable for carrying out the method according to the main patent is. The invention consists in the perforation holes of the anchor distributed over the length in sections to make closable, so that it is easily possible by closing the same in sections is, in the manner described, initially located at a distance from the shaft lining parts of the mountain to solidify and then between the solidified rock parts and the shaft lining to edit located mountain parts, z. B. dewater and solidify.

In detail, the invention can be implemented in various ways; so goes a suggestion of the Invention to the anchor with a slidable or rotatable, the perforation holes partially covering To provide sliding sleeve. The sliding sleeve can, for. B. placed in tubular form on the outside of the hollow anchor be, but there is also the possibility of accommodating the sliding sleeve inside the hollow anchor. In order to close the perforation holes of the anchor that are distributed over the length in sections make, a piston can also be guided in the hollow anchor hole, so that by adjusting the latter the perforation holes can be closed. In addition, it is recommended that in the axial direction of the armature radial perforation holes of the hollow anchor wall, which is suitably dimensioned in terms of its strength, in one to arrange acute angle to the anchor axis, so that when the binder emerges over the recoil the anchor is tightened against the mountain.

Im folgenden wird die Erfindung an Hand einer lediglich ein Ausführungsbeispiel darstellenden Zeichnung erläutert; es zeigtIn the following, the invention is illustrated by means of a drawing that shows only one exemplary embodiment explained; it shows

Fig. 3 shows an embodiment in which in the hollow anchor bore a calving is performed.

In the case of the hollow, perforated rock anchors 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, all of the perforation holes are 2 in the relatively thick hollow anchor walls at an acute angle to the axis of the hollow anchor arranged so that the emerging binders receive this direction like a jet and the anchor 1 is drawn into the rock by the recoil of the emerging binder.

The usual design of the armature with pressure medium connection and expansion device is required here as does not belong to the invention does not belong to the description. In the embodiments according to FIGS. 1 and 2 are also an outer (Fig. 1) and an inner (Fig. 2) sleeve 3 arranged as sliding sleeves that the Have the purpose of covering part of the perforation 2 during the press-fitting process in order to prevent the outlet to control the solidifying agent so that initially located at a distance from the shaft lining Mountain parts and then intermediate parts can be solidified.

Fig. 3 shows that, instead of a sliding sleeve 3, a piston 4 is also guided in the hollow armature bore can, which allows the perforation holes 2 to be opened or closed in sections.
