The invention relates to a wet cleaning system with an injector to which on the one hand a line for pressure fluid and on the other hand a supply line connected to a storage container for cleaning agents such as quartz sand are connected.
Such systems for derusting, descaling, cleaning concrete, removing bitumen or paint or the like are known. The disadvantage of conventional systems is that the exiting liquid jet mixed with cleaning agent is relatively wide and that parts of the injector that come into contact with it are exposed to high wear, whereby the width of the jet can be increased even more. Another disadvantage is that the supply line for the cleaning agent can become clogged.
The aim of the invention is to eliminate these disadvantages and to create a wet cleaning system with a long service life, with which a cleaning jet of relatively small diameter is achieved, with a continuous flow of cleaning agent being ensured.
The objective set is achieved in a system of the type mentioned at the outset in that, according to the invention, a coaxial jet nozzle is arranged downstream of the injector.
In an advantageous further development of the invention, the jet nozzle can have a cylindrical bore which, at its end facing the injector, is widened conically, preferably at an opening angle of approximately 150. In particular, the jet nozzle can consist of a jacket and a nozzle body made of sintered metal that is glued into it. Furthermore, a ventilation hole arranged outside the storage container can be provided in the feed line for the cleaning agent.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to a preferred embodiment which is shown schematically in the drawing.
In the wall of a storage container-1-for cleaning agents, such as quartz sand, a connection piece - 2 - is mounted, which is provided with an upwardly facing ventilation hole - 3 -. This practically rules out clogging of a supply line --4-- connected to the connection piece --2-- and ensures a continuous flow of cleaning agent.
The supply line --4-- is connected to an injector --5--, which in turn is connected to a line --6- for the supply of pressure fluid, e.g. B. press water is connected. The outlet side is in front of the injector
EMI1.1
--7-- provided subordinate.
The jet nozzle --7-- has a jacket --8-- made of steel, into which a nozzle body --9-- made of sintered metal is inserted, preferably glued. The nozzle body --9-- is provided with a cylindrical bore --10-- which widens conically towards the injector --5--, whereby the opening angle is in the range of 150.
Tests have shown that a hard weld metal of high chemical resistance and toughness produces the best effects as a sintered metal, which hard metal contains between 35 and 75% TiC, 15 to 39% Ni, 5 to 13% Co and 5 to 13% Cr. Such a jet nozzle --7-- produces a relatively thin jet and has a service life of up to around 500 operating hours.
