Von wesentlicher Bedeutung ist, daß die Regelung des Verdampfers dadurch, daß der den Gegenstand aufnehmende Sockelteil und der Trägerteil, der auf der den Verdampfer tragenden Unterlage aufruht, mechanisch eine Einheit bilden und das Regelorgan ohne Beeinflussung dieses Teils verstellbar ist, ohne jede Beeinflussung des aufgesetzten Gegenstandes erfolgen kann. Dies ermöglicht das Aufsetzen von z. B. großen Vasen und Blumentöpfen, deren Mitdrehen bei einer Regelung praktisch nicht durchführbar ist, wozu noch kommt, daß speziell Zimmerpflanzen, die an sich ausgezeichnet zur unauffälligen Unterbringung des Verdampfers geeignet sind, in der Regel aus Gründen der Schmuckwirkung oder Empfindlichkeit gar nicht gedreht werden sollen oder dürfen. Da weiter auch der Verdampfer als solcher im Wohnbereich u. dgl. weniger in Erscheinung tritt, ist ein allgemeinerer Einsatz des Verdampfers als bisher möglich.
