Description
DEUTSCHESGERMAN
Die für die Umkehr der Preßelemente unterIt is known to produce chipboard and fiberboard in a continuous pressing process. This takes place the pressure between endless steel belts, either by pressure elements <in the form of rollers are guided, the rollers can rotate, but are themselves stationary, or from Pressing elements of two endless link chains, which are designed as plate links, put under pressure will. Here, the continuously fed material to be pressed is grasped by the plate members and pressed together, it moves continuously with these and after the hardening of the binder is released by these. The plate links sweep the circulation of link chains in reverse Location back to their starting point. This type of continuous feeding of the pressed material and the pressing makes it possible to produce panels of any desired length and in a significantly more uniform manner To produce quality. However, in the first-mentioned type of continuous press, breathing becomes between the pressure elements designed as rollers are not prevented before the resin has cured. Further the steel belts are subjected to excessive stress due to the line contact with the rollers. In the The type of press mentioned further on, perform the plate links when they are put on and taken off the steel belts Due to the forced rotation around the chain deflection wheels, a relative movement to the belts, d. h., the Plate members are z. B. not yet entered the flat track when creating when the steel belt already applies. The gap angle still between the plate members goes to zero and Until then, this results in increased friction between the plate links and the steel belts. In this way the steel belts will gradually wear out in continuous operation, especially when the steel belts are under tension. This also applies to the lifting of the plate links from the steel belt at the end of the press too. The large number of moving parts has an unfavorable effect on the energy requirements of the system and strung together parts. The friction that occurs in roller and journal bearings and the friction of the plates with one another and with the deflection wheels in the reversing zones increase disadvantageously the driving force to be applied. Also leaves the exclusive design with steel bands only a material to be pressed with a relatively low moisture content. Which is during the pressing Strongly developing steam with very wet material to be pressed cannot be achieved with a steel belt cover escape through the surface, but must emerge laterally between the steel strips, whereby the Material to be pressed is carried away by the high steam pressure. The one for reversing the pressing elements under

The use of deflection wheels requires a relatively long construction due to the link length large building expansion.
In contrast, in the belt press according to the invention, there is a dense sequence of revolving, designed as a carriage Pressing or heating elements are provided, the movement of which is synchronous with that of the steel or sieve belts he follows. A special feature is that, after passing through the transition zones, the wagons do not reversed position, change their direction of movement. This revolving of the car takes place continuously, so that the material to be pressed can be pressed continuously. The pressing or heating elements designed as a carriage run with their front and rear wheels on rails with different distances and are at the ends of the track can be raised and lowered by coupling gear.
This constructive solution makes it possible to significantly reduce the number of friction links and the wear and tear of the steel belts due to the horizontal placement and lifting of the pressure elements greatly diminish. The small space requirement of the coupling gear allows a relatively low overall height of the system, because the reversal of the pressure elements no longer via chain pulleys takes place, which must have large diameters because of the link length.
B. Bronzesiebband und glattes Stahlband für Faserplatten mit hoher Feuchtigkeit oder zwei glatte Stahlbänder für Spanplatten), anThe pressing of the pressed material takes place between belts that have a smooth or uninterrupted shape Have a sieve shape (e.g. bronze sieve belt and smooth steel belt for fibreboard with high humidity or two smooth steel belts for chipboard)
