bei einigen Buchungsmaschinen mit mehreren Druckwerken doch durchführbar ist, so

den Sachkontendiuckwerken mechanisch und die Einleitung des Druckvorganges bzw.

werden aber die Werte der einzelnen Dekadenstellen mittels Zahnstangen oder ähnlicher

Das Hauptmerkmal der Erfindung ist die jedem Sachkontenwerk zugeordnete Druckwalze
mit versetzt angeordneten Ziffern und Buchstaben, durch die der Aufbau der Sachkontenwerke
und der Addierwerke derart einfach ausgeführt ist, daß die Buchungsmaschine im Aufbau
nicht zu verwickelt und in der Herstellung nicht zu teuer wird. Das Verbuchen der
Umsatzposten auf den Sachkonten erfolgt daher elektromechanisch. Zu diesem Zweck
erhält die Buchungsmaschine, die mit Voll- oder Einfachtastatur versehen sein kann
und mehrere Saldierwerke besitzen muß, noch eine Gebevorrichtung, die durch elektrische
Impulse die Druckhämmer der einzelnen Sachkonten antreibt. Die Druckwerke der Sachkonten
bestehen aus Walzen, die an ihrem Umfang die verschiedenen Zeichen, wie abgekürzte
Monatsnamen, Ziffern für die Tage, Buchstaben und Kurztexte, sowie die Ziffern 0
bis 9 in größerer Anzahl nebeneinander und untereinander in Typenform aufweisen
(s. Abwicklung). Diese Druckwalzen befinden sich alle auf durchgehenden Wellen,
die miteinander und mit der Gebevorrichtung formschlüssig verbunden sind. Die Gebevorrichtung
ist auch eine Walze, die aber den Buchstaben- und Ziffernrädern der Druckwalzen
entsprechend einstellbare Scheiben mit Nocken enthält. Die Nockenscheiben der Geberwalze
werden durch die Tastatur oder die Einstellorgane der Buchungsmaschine verstellt,
wodurch sich die Nocken an den verschiedensten Stellen des Walzenumfanges zeigen.
Die Nocken schalten bei Umlauf der Walze elektrische Kontakte, die zu Druckhammer'leitungen
führen, die über sämtliche Sachkontenwerke parallel verschaltet sind. Die Druckwalzen
befinden sich im Gestell hinter dem Papierstreifen, während vor demselben das Farbband

aus der Anlage »Abwicklung der Druckwalze« ersichtlich ist, werden eine Anzahl Druckhämmer
eingespart, wogegen aber ein Druckhammer während eines Umlaufes der Druckwalze mehrmals
anschlagen muß. Dadurch, daß der Druckwalzenumfang beispielsweise in 33 Teile zerlegt
wird, können dreimal die Ziffern 0 bis 9 und eine Leerstelle hintereinander um je
eine Stelle versetzt angebracht werden, so daß ein Druckhammer jeweils für drei
Stellen verwendbar ist. Für das Buchungsdatum ist ebenfalls nur ein Druckhammer
erforderlich, da die Monate, Zehner- und Einer-Tage immer versetzt sind. Für den
Buchungstext können sämtliche Buchstaben :des Alphabetes oder Kurztexte in beliebiger
Menge in einer Reihe oder abgestuft vorgesehen werden, so daß sich alle Texte oder
Kurztextkombinationen mit einem oder mehreren Druckhämmern. erzielen lassen. Die
Druckwalzen bestehen aus einzelnen Typenrädern, die im Spritzgußverfahren hergestellt
werden und je nach den einzelnen Erfordernissen beliebig zu den Druckwalzen zusammengestellt
werden können. So kann z. B. für einen Teil der Sachkonten der Kurztext anders vorgesehen
werden als für den anderen Teil derselben. Die Druckhämmer müssen dann. entsprechend
elektrisch geschaltet werden. Die Druckhämmer werden, wie bereits erwähnt, durch
elektrische Impulse zur Auslösung gebracht. Dies kann auf elektromagnetischem Wege,
aber auch auf elektrostatischem Wege, unter Ausnutzung der Halbleiterhaftkraft,
erfolgen. Unter Halbleiter# haftkraft ist die Erscheinung zu verstehen, daß zwei
sich flächenmäßig berührende Körper aus einem Halbleiter, z. B. Achat oder Solnhofener
Schiefer, und einem Metall, die gegeneinander verschoben werden, aneinanderhaften
(zusammenkleben), sobald an beide Körper je ein Pol einer Spannungsquelle angelegt
wird, d. h. wenn von dem Metall zu dem Halbleiter ein elektrischer Strom fließt.
Diese Haftwirkung kann für die Bewegung eines Druckhammers beispielsweise so ausgenutzt
werden, daß ein Metallband, das den Druckhammer in seine Arbeitsstellung zieht,
über eine auf einer Metallachse sitzende, schnell umlaufende Halbleiterwalze unter
leichter Spannung gelegt wird, wobei die Mitnahme durch normale Adhäsion durch eine
Gegenzugfeder verhindert wird. Erst wenn, wie später beschrieben, Spannung angelegt
wird, setzt die Haftkraft ein, und der Druckhammer kommt mit großer Geschwindigkeit
zum Anschlagen.
Da die eine Zuleitung zu den elektrischen Auslösemitteln
über alle Sachkontenwerke parallel gelegt ist, wird die andere Zuleitung über die
Sachkontenanruftasten geführt, so daß immer nur das gewählte Sackkontenwerk die
Druckimpulse erhält. Hierbei können durch Drücken weiterer zusätzlicher Tasten,
soweit dies durch die vorhandenen Verblockungen ermöglicht werden soll, noch weitere
Sachkonten- oder Zusatzdruckwerke in. den Druckvorgang eingeschlossen werden. Dadurch
ist es möglich, Buchungen von einem Sachkonto auf ein anderes vorzunehmen oder zusätzlich
Provisionsaufstellungen, Versandlisten, Umsatzsteuerlisten usw. anzufertigen, wobei
letztere je nach Bedarf im Gestell abgetrennt und herausgenommen werden können.
Um sicher zu sein., daß auch das durch die Sachkontenanruftasten gewählte Sachkontenwerk
richtig angeschlossen ist, werden diese Anruftasten in bekannter Weise mit eingebauten

Drucktypen der eigenen Sachkontonummer, die von einem der Druckhämmer selbsttätig
und zusätzlich mit zum Abdruck gebracht werden. Bemerkt sei noch, daß jedes Sachkontenwerk
eine Papiertransportvorrichtung und eine Überwachungsvorrichtung des Papierstreifens
in. bekannter Ausführung besitzt, die die Maschine sperrt, wenn eine Papierrolle
