Description
From time immemorial one has been involved in the manufacture of artificial Threads strive to keep the individual spinning and post-treatment stations running in this way to allow the threads obtained to be of uniform, uniform quality. One has in this Direction made various advances over the decades; namely through the so-called Continuous process. But even with these modern ways of working, the manufacture has become more artificial Cellulose-based threads repeatedly show that the individual process stages in their technical Success are not even. So have the modern drawing processes, especially when Working with two baths, already considerable success with regard to the desired strengths and elongations provided and led to textlien data that fully satisfied. But again and again you have made the unpleasant experience in these processes that the threads produced with them when used led to failures both in the textlien and in the technical ao area. The subject, the usability Increasing such threads has therefore been in the synthetic thread industry for decades constantly discussed.
So konnten z. One is through a large number of technical attempts and proposals to remedy this unexpected Deficiencies came to the realization that in the manufacturing process the good properties, which were achieved in one process step are subsequently reduced or partially canceled became. So could z. B. the successes already achieved in the spinning process are not completely finished Product to be maintained. On the one hand, this has to do with the difficulty of the individual Coordinating process sections so that they complement each other completely, on the other hand but also with the fact that the precision of the apparatus and procedures is not yet so extensive was developed so that perfect uniformity could be achieved at every spinning position. -As already mentioned above, a certain progress has been made in this direction with the continuous process, however, efforts have been directed primarily to relieving tension to produce shrunk threads as possible during drying, z. B. by a conical design of the Drying rollers that take into account the contraction of the thread during drying and / or by coordination the speeds of several drying rollers on the shrinkage.
Durch Versuche auf diesem Verfahrensgebiet konnte man feststellen, daß man sehr wohl in der Lage ist, hochwertige Fäden durch Verspinnen von Viscose in müllerartige Bäder zu erzeugen, wenn man die FädenExperiments in this area of the process have shown that one is very well able to to produce high quality threads by spinning viscose in miller-like baths when you use the threads

However, if one proceeds in such a way that the threads, for example in the form of a thread array, are now allowed to continue running under tension and they are thereby subjected to the usual washing treatments, then it turns out that the recovery capacity of the im In the second bath, the threads were not used enough and, above all, not even enough is exploited, which has an effect, among other things, in differences in color, even in single thread breaks.
It is obvious that all the properties which are summarized under the collective term of usefulness have suffered as a result. With such an after-treatment of the freshly spun thread, it has no opportunity to to carry out the supermolecular structure in peace. It is clear that if you have one such, freshly washed The thread is then subjected to drying, these defective parts of the thread structure can be fixed and even reinforced. The conclusion from these observations is that one the thread even if it is the spinning process in the narrower sense in a single or multi-bath process already has behind it, still has to give an opportunity to take its supermolecular structure under gentle and even conditions to complete.
B. für als Reifencord zu verwendende Kunstseidefäden, von Wichtigkeit, daßIn addition to the uniformity, it is important for the quality of certain textile products, e.g. B. for as tire cord too using rayon threads, it is important that
