DEUTSCHESGERMAN

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Schaltung für die Thermoelementbruchsicherung von Temperaturreglern, vorzugsweise Fallbügelreglern. Bei derartigen Reglern mit Thermoelementen muß durch eine besondere Schaltung beim Bruch des Thermoelementes dafür gesorgt werden, daß der Zeiger des Reglermeßwerkes in Richtung auf den Endausschlag zu hohen Temperaturwerten bewegt wird, damit der Regler die Temperatur der zu überwachenden Regelstrecke selbsttätig herabsetzt. Bei einer bekannten Schaltung für die Thermoelementbruchsicherung ist parallel zum Meßinstrument ein Gleichrichter geschaltet, der außerdem an eine Wechselspannungsquelle gelegt ist. Solange das Thermoelement betriebsbereit ist, fließt über den Gleichrichter lediglich Wechselstrom, da die Spannung nicht ausreicht, um die Ansprechschwelle des Gleichrichters zu überschreiten. Bei dieser Schaltung läßt es sich jedoch nicht vermeiden, daß auch über das Reglermeßwerk Wechselstrom fließt. Der Zeiger des hochempfindlichen Reglermeßwerks wird hierdurch zu Vibrationen angeregt, die sehr störend sind, wenn man das Meßwerk gleichzeitig auch ablesen will.The invention relates to a circuit for the thermocouple break protection of temperature regulators, preferably drop stirrups.
