Description
Elastic splinter protection wall For securing military and war important Facilities against hostile influence there is a need to avoid possible damage and minimize injuries. Experience has shown that Great damage is caused by bombs and grenade strikes in the immediate vicinity Hit near the object to be protected. Avoiding danger through full Protection from above is too costly and, in most cases, impractical. The side protection is the cheapest property protection when all factors are taken into account.
So-called splinter protection walls are used for side protection, in order to achieve a possible averting of the effects of air pressure and splintering. The building constructions used so far were as follows.
In-situ concrete wall: It probably offers protection depending on the thickness and design, and their solid structure was able to absorb shock waves and shrapnel. As a result of the constant tremors caused by the pressure waves above and in the earth However, the rigid structure was gradually loosened, so that subsequent pressure waves found weaker resistance and the wall gradually fell into disrepair.
Brick wall: the simple brick wall was insufficient, since it offered almost no resistance to pressure waves. The crumbling occurred immediately upon pressure impact. The double brick wall with sand filling was also subject to pressure waves due to its rigid construction.
Plank or fascine wall: Improvised protective walls of this type had one advantage, they were elastic. Blast waves and shrapnel set they face more resistance than masonry. Their only disadvantage was that they were sensitive and not durable in the long run.
Non-mortar shaped stone wall: the disadvantages of the rigid and those The improvised construction method was attempted by a non-rigid construction method with molded concrete blocks to cancel. Un-enabled splinter protection walls with two wall shells have become known, which are formed from U-stones and connected by their free legs and their Space is filled with a loose bulk material, such as sand. Such The walls produced are still partially rigid, i.e. not elastic. Also occurs here rapid destruction. If extremely heavy molded concrete parts are used, there is also the further disadvantage that rapid deployment is not guaranteed is.
The object of the invention is primarily to improve the elasticity of the to improve known splinter protection walls formed from non-mortar shaped stones and thus to increase their protective effect. The invention is based on a known one Wall construction made of T-stones, the two separated by a space Form separate wall shells and attacking the middle leg of the T-stones Anchor rods are connected to each other; here the space is also with Sand or d-1. filled out. The invention consists in improving these known ones Construction for the purpose of splinter protection, essentially in that that the side thighs b; neighboring T-stones interlock like a joint and that the anchor rods zigzag in plan, each diagonally opposite one another T-stones connecting, are arranged. The joint between the side thighs of adjacent ones T-stones can be formed in that the butt joints gape outwards on both sides and the abutting surfaces are provided with tongue and groove with a semicircular cross-section. Around to achieve that the lag-Irfugen are also interlocked and nevertheless an easy one If rotation around the joint is allowed in the butt joints, it is best to use the T-stones to be provided on the lower bearing side with a wuistförmiben spring, which is in a Trough-like widened groove in the upper bearing side of the T-stones below intervenes. The anchor rods can be inserted into holes that are open at the top Insert in the middle leg of the T-stones. To do this, the central limb has to go inwards be graded. The friction between the T-stones and the bulk material filling leaves t is enlarged by the fact that the T-stones have wide grooves on the inside provided -, verden.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention shown schematically. Fig. 1 is a top plan view of the bulkhead with the arrangement of the anchor rods between the T-stones; Fig.2 represents a T-stone with the connection to the lfachbarstein in plan view; Fig.3 shows a similar one Stone in side view; Fig. 4 is a cross-section through the bed joint. the The protective wall shown consists of two separated by a space Wall shells, which are assembled from T-stones without mortar. The gap is with loose bulk material, preferably sand. filled out. The wall bowls are with zigzag-shaped steel tie rods a anchored to one another in the plan, which connect diagonally opposite T-stones (see Fig. 1). As a result, each of the two wall shells can be claimed independently of the other. The internal pressure of the sand filling against the wall shells is created by the anchor rods a recorded; but these do not transmit any external pressure in the wall, because they are elastically pliable. The pressure impact on a wall shell is rather slowed down by the sand filling. Due to the type of connection of the T-stones with tie rods, which can be of different lengths, any wall thicknesses can be produced and accordingly different levels of protection can be achieved.
The T-stones are beveled at the butt joints b so that they are on both sides gape outwards, and through grooves c and matching semicircular grooves in the Ottoman cut molded springs d jointly interlocked with one another. This joint profile allows slight rotations of the wall shells and an arched or circular layout in plan (see Fig. 2). Since impacting splinters almost always cause a rotary movement of the T-stones cause they are elastically intercepted without destroying the stones slowed down by the sand filling. The middle leg e also contributes to stability of the individual wall shells. If the T-stones are rotated more, the result is a tensile stress in the anchor rods a. so that some of the pressure forces on the opposite wall shell is transferred, namely by the fact that the train in the tie rods a the diagonally opposite T-stone in a similar rotary motion offset and thus a further deceleration in the sand filling takes place.
The connection of the T-stones at the bed joints is also toothed because the upper bearing side f of the stones has a groove g and the lower bearing side has a fine tongue 1a. Since the tongue h has a bead shape and the groove g is widened like a trough, the rotational movements of the T-stones around the butt joints c, d are not hindered. The space for movement in the trough-like groove g is also filled with sand or the like; this therefore has an additional braking effect. The tooth-like interlocking of the stones in the butt and bed joints prevents the stones from slipping from one another.
The --middle leg e of the T-stones is stepped inwards and with a hole i provided for the purpose of inserting the anchor rods a. Also located On the inside of the stones there are two wide grooves j, which are intended to create friction between the stones and the filling of sand or the like to enlarge.
