Description
DEUTSCHESGERMAN
Das Vorseil muß also wieder vom Seilwindenplatz
von FreileitungsseilenSo far, when pulling out stronger overhead lines, a method has been used which is to be described with reference to FIG. 1. In this, 1 denotes a conductor cable drum mounted on a drum block, 2 denotes the conductor cable to be withdrawn and 3 a cable brake machine for braking the cable that is to be laid free of grinds and ground. The corresponding guy section is delimited by guy masts with guy rollers 4 . The supporting masts erected within the guy bay carry 5 suspension chains made of insulators on their booms, on which the rope pulleys 15 are suspended. The pre-rope winch 8 is set up at the right-hand end of the tensioning field. Line rope 2 and pre-rope 7 are connected via a connecting member 6, for. B. a swivel head or a pulling stocking connected to each other. The pulling out now proceeds in such a way that the pre-rope 7 is pulled out by hand or by draft animals or vehicles from the location of the pre-rope winch 8 to the drum space on the left-hand side, which has devices 1 and 3 , and is hooked into the rope pulleys 15 in each case. Arrived at the drum position, the cable brake machine, in which the conductor cable 2 is already inserted, is connected to the lead cable 7 by means of the pulling stocking 6 in front of the cable brake machine. Then, by means of the pre-cable winch 8, the pre-cable 7 is pulled back again and the conductor cable 2 is thus pulled through the cable pulleys 15. Shortly before the right-hand guy mast indicated by its idler pulley 4 , the conductor 2 is intercepted, detached from the lead rope 7 and suspended by means of a guy clamp in the guy insulator chain already on the mast and not shown in the figure. With the laying of the second rope phase, the work steps just described are repeated. The lead rope must therefore be pulled from the winch place to the drum place and put into each pulley 4, 15 . This type of multiple pre-ropes is not pulled out with heavy pre-ropes, in that a light auxiliary rope is also used, with the help of which the pre-rope is pulled out in the same way as the ladder rope with the help of the pre-rope. Only now the light auxiliary rope is pulled out from the drum place over the ground under the respective hooking into the rope pulleys and after connection with the lead rope at the winch place is pulled back to the drum place and thus the lead rope is pulled out to the same place. This procedure, which works with an auxiliary rope, was used because the already laborious and time-consuming procedure, which only works with a lead rope, with a relatively heavy lead rope in view of the obstacles to be expected, such as crossings of various types of lines, houses, and pull-out procedures
of overhead cables

Wasserstraßen, verkehrsreiche Wege, Bahnstrecken usw., erhebliche Schwierigkeiten bietet. Waterways, busy roads, railway lines, etc., presents considerable difficulties. It glows one thing, however, is that even the pull-out process that uses an auxiliary rope is still too time-consuming.
The invention makes the operation much easier. According to the invention are carried out when the first conductor cable is pulled out or, in the case of bundle lines, a bundle conductor the lead rope from this at the same time several auxiliary ropes pulled out over the pulleys of this conductor rope, then the auxiliary ropes are transferred to the pulleys of the ladder of the remaining ones Phases, then by means of the individual auxiliary ropes, the lead rope is pulled over or the lead ropes to the conductor drum place, and then the remaining conductors or other bundle conductors the bundle line pulled out by means of the lead rope. Thereby is in further perfection the invention made use of an arrangement in which the at each mast of the guy section provided pulleys, preferably symmetrical to the conductor pulley, further grooves on Have a wheel rim to accommodate the auxiliary ropes. In a particularly expedient manner, these have rope pulleys a roller support frame, which is preferably on both sides of the roller for the purpose of hanging the auxiliary rope can be opened by means of swivel tabs.
An sich bekannte und vorzugsweiseThe invention further provides for the use of a pulling head which is suitable for simultaneous Pulling out a first conductor cable or first bundle conductor of the bundle line and several auxiliary cables, the ropes to be pulled out on the pulling head in the position determined by the grooves of the rope pulley Sequence as well as the lead rope, this preferably at the same location as the conductor rope, articulated are attached. als Gliederketten ausgebildete Stabilisierungspendel sind in einfachster Weise zwischen den Befestigungspunkten der Seile an dem Ziehkopf angebracht. Das sichert den Ziehkopf gegen seildrallbedingte Verdrehungen. Stabilizing pendulums designed as link chains are attached in the simplest manner between the fastening points of the ropes on the pulling head. That secures the pulling head against twisting caused by the rope twist.
While FIG. 2 shows the side view of a guy section, FIGS. 3 and 4 show plan views of the same guy section. In this case, recurring parts from FIG. 1 are provided with the same reference numbers. As an additional device, FIGS. 2 to 4 show a winch with two cable drums 9 and 10 lying on one axis at the drum space on the left-hand side. Their arrangement is such that the alignment of the conductor cable laying is in the middle between the two. The winch is set up so that each of the drums 9 and 10 can run idle, driven and braked. In addition, they can both be coupled together. The auxiliary rope 11 located on the ao drum 9 is pulled out by hand or by machine at the beginning of the rope laying from left to right and from mast to mast over the ground under the respective suspension in the special pulleys 13 of all masts to be described in more detail below Connected to the pre-rope 7 by means of the rope fish 6 on the right-hand pre-rope winch place. FIGS. 2 and 3 show the guy section at the time of this connection. With the motor-driven winch 9 , the auxiliary rope 11 is then returned to the drum space via the rope pulleys 13 and the leading rope 7 is pulled out until then. At the drum place the conductor cable 2 and the auxiliary cables 11 and 12, the latter of which is wound onto the drum 10 , are connected to a pulling head indicated by 14 , also to be described in more detail below, so that the conductor cable 2 is exactly in the middle between the auxiliary ropes 11 and 12 come to rest. The lead rope 7 now pulls the conductor rope 2 simultaneously with the two auxiliary ropes 11 and 12 over all pulleys 13 with the aid of the pulling head 14, in a manner similar to that known from the simultaneous pulling out of bundled lines. This pull-out stage is shown in FIG. A mutual overturning of the individual ropes is avoided by stabilizing pendulums attached to the pulling head 14 and shown in more detail in FIG. 4. When the cable winch area is reached, the conductor 2 and the auxiliary cables 11 and 12 are intercepted.
With the aid of the individual auxiliary ropes, the lead rope is then pulled over to the drum area, there another conductor is connected to it and pulled out until all of the conductors are open stored in the associated roles in this way, have reached the Vorseihvindenplatz.
In Fig. 5 it is illustrated how the auxiliary ropes 11 and 12 are now disengaged from the special pulley 13 and hooked into the normal pulleys 15 on the left and above. This applies to every mast of the relevant guy section.
6 and 7 show a particularly advantageous embodiment of the rope pulleys 13 intended for the simultaneous pulling out of the first conductor rope 2 and the two auxiliary ropes 11 and 12 , namely, FIG. 6 shows a view in the direction of the rope alignment or a section transversely thereto and FIG. 7 is a side view.

The axis 19 of the cable roller 18 is mounted in a frame 17 to which the clapper pan 16 is attached. With the latter, the rope pulley is to be hooked into the clapper of the suspension isolator chain concerned. The frame 17 is interrupted at the points at which the tabs 20 are assigned and bridged here by the latter. The tabs 20 are pivotable about the bolts 22 as axes and are fixed in the position shown by means of the wing nuts 21. The rim bed of the pulley 18 is divided into three grooves, of which the middle one is intended to receive the conductor cable, the outer one, symmetrical to the middle one, is intended to receive the auxiliary ropes. The conductor cable and auxiliary cable are indicated in section, but not further identified by key figures.
Fig. S angedeuteten Art umgehängt. Are stranded conductor and the auxiliary ropes in accordance with the direction indicated in Fig. 4 drawing operation pulled out of the Trommelzum pilot parts wind square been, then on the latter, as shown in Fig. 5 illustrates, by dissolving only of a wing nut 21 and subsequent directed downward pivoting of the associated tab 20 of the roller support frame 17 is opened on one side and the auxiliary rope located on this opening side is hung around in the manner indicated in FIG. The same thing happens after closing the previously opened tab window and opening the other tab window with the second auxiliary rope. While one auxiliary rope is transferred to the adjacent normal rope pulley 15 , the other auxiliary rope is transferred to the upper normal rope roller 15. This transfer process takes place on each mast of the guy section.
In FIG. 8, the pulling device 14 used in the pull-out process according to FIG. 4 is shown. The individual ropes, namely conductor rope 2 and auxiliary ropes 11 and 12, are connected to these in exactly the same order and at exactly the same mutual spacing as corresponds to the formation of the rim bed of the special cable roller shown in FIG. 6. The lead rope is to be thought of as being connected to the pulling device in the alignment line of the conductor rope indicated in the middle. Like the conductor, it runs in the middle groove of the special pulley. Two link pendulums 23 are connected between the attachment points of the auxiliary cables and the conductor cable or the front cable. The latter prevent a mutual overturning of the three ropes to be pulled out side by side at the same time, as could otherwise occur due to the rope twist. The link pendulums 23 run, conforming to the curvature of the groove edges of the pulley, between the auxiliary ropes and the conductor rope over the pulley. While the first conductor cable and auxiliary cables are being pulled out at the same time, the conductor cable 2 is braked by the cable brake machine 3 (see FIGS. 2 to 4) so that laying can be carried out free of ground and dragging. The auxiliary ropes 11 and 12 can be carried with or without braking. However, they are expediently braked in such a way that their sags are the same among themselves, but greater than the sag of the conductor 2 . It is advantageous to couple the auxiliary cable drums 9 and 10 to the cable brake machine 3 of the conductor cable, depending on the tension of the conductor cable.
An Stelle der Seillaufrollen mit Mehrrillenfelgenbett können auch Ein-Rillen-Einzelrollen benutzt werden, die auf eine gemeinsame, von einem Rahmen getragene Achse unabhängig voneinander drehbar inInstead of the rope pulleys with a multi-groove rim bed, single-groove single pulleys can also be used which can be rotated independently of one another on a common axis carried by a frame
