Description
DEUTSCHESGERMAN
The invention relates to a pneumatic device for keeping clean with a thread breakage suction system equipped spinning machines, spinning machines and twisting machines where the Filtered exhaust air from the thread breakage extraction system is used to keep the machine clean. The device According to the main patent 1 027 116 this has one or more in the vicinity of the ones to be kept clean Filter bags arranged on surfaces.
The invention aims to simplify devices of the type described and their mode of operation to improve. It is characterized in that the fan in the unfiltered, still the sucked roving pieces, Fibers, etc. containing air flow is arranged and that not only for holding back the fine fiber dust, but also to hold back the extracted roving fragments and fibers serving hose filter is connected directly to the suction fan.
In suction systems of the usual type, the air drawn off by the suction nozzles enters one Collecting channel which is in connection with a suction fan generating the suction flows. This is usually in the interior of one set up on the free face of the machine Arranged box which contains a filter serving to separate the extracted material. The latter is usually designed as a flat mesh or screen filter and either in the flow path of the extracted Good arranged in front of or behind the suction fan. It is already in the case of these known systems it has been proposed to use the air cleaned in the filter to keep the machine clean, and for example, with the help of a blow duct above the creel, from which the return air of the suction system is blown through blow slots against the spinning machine, or according to the main patent with the help of one or more filter bags arranged in the vicinity of the surfaces to be kept clean. It is also known that the return air from suction devices in spinning machines in hood-like, free upright short filter bags from the suctioned material above the bobbin, whereby however, the escaping air can practically not contribute to keeping the machine clean.
Here the advantages are that, on the one hand, the suction system requires less space, by completely eliminating the attachment forming the filter box; on the other hand, there is a smaller one Energy requirement for driving the exhaust fan by removing the porous wall of the elongated filter hose that maintained by the fan

Air flow opposes a lower flow resistance than a filter of conventional design, which already after a short operating time, a rapidly increasing pressure loss due to the accumulating fiber material and can even call into question the suction effect.
At the same time, the invention enables the 'soiling of the machine by settling To a large extent to prevent dust and fiber fly. The one led into the filter hoses and from the suctioned one Well-released air flows back into the room through the large number of individual pores in such a way that in the sense of the main patent a pollutant-laden room air from the surfaces at risk of pollution displacing diffuse air movement with a low flow velocity arises. This air movement on the one hand prevents contaminants carried along by the room air from settling on the named Surface parts of the machine can settle; on the other hand, the during the work process The dust and flight of the textile machine caused by this air movement in the finest distribution transported away from the machine to the outside.

Die in den Raum zurückzuführende Luft strömt durch die Vielzahl der Poren der Filterwand derart in den Raum zurück, daß eine diffuse Luftbewegung kleiner Strömungsgeschwindigkeit ent-887 5 shows a further longitudinal view of a spinning machine with a differently designed arrangement of the parts of the suction device. In the ring spinning machine shown in cross section in FIG. 2 , the roving 2 drawn off from the roving bobbins 1 runs into the drafting system 3 and is then wound onto the bobbins 4 with rotation to form a thread. In the area of the exit point of each thread from the drafting system, there is a suction nozzle Ö which is arranged on a suction pipe 5 α opening into the central collecting channel 6. The collecting channel 6 (Fig. 1) opens into the inlet side of the fan 7. When the fan 7 is in operation, air is sucked in through all suction nozzles assigned to a running thread and flows into the fan via suction pipes and collecting channel. If a thread breaks between the drafting system 3 and the bobbin 4 , the end emerging loosely from the drafting system is sucked into the suction nozzle 5 by the suction flow and carried away through the suction pipe and collecting duct into the fan. Likewise, dust and fiber particles caught by the suction flow in the area of the nozzles are carried away into the fan. The air flow exiting the fan and carrying the extracted material passes axially through the line 8 into the interior of a filter hose 9 arranged above the creel and extending over the entire length of the machine. This has a porous filter hose 9 on the inside for the air Goods carried, non-adherent, smooth wall. The wall of the bag filter can, for. B. be fabric-like and z. B. advantageous from a jet-spun single filaments (monofilaments) made of plastic, for. B. nylon, made fabric. Such fabrics have a completely smooth surface. The wall of the bag filter could also be woven or braided from metal wires with a smooth surface. The air flow entrained with the extracted material is introduced axially into the interior of the hollow body 9 at such a high speed that the material carried along is transported in the axial direction into the end section 10 of the bag filter facing away from the "Venti", while the air to be returned into the room is transported through the side The length L of the bag filter 9 is about 80 times its mean diameter D. The ratio L / D is advantageously at least 40, so that during longer periods of operation the quantity of the excreted material does not fall out of an excessive part of the hollow body Thanks to the inner wall of the bag filter, which is designed to be non-adhesive for the goods carried, there is no risk of individual extracted fiber particles sticking to this inner wall and clogging the pores. that a diffuse air t movement of low flow velocity ent-887
On the one hand, this air movement prevents contaminants carried along by the room air from settling on parts of the surface of the machine; on the other hand, the dust and flight produced when the threads are spun is transported away from the machine in an extremely fine distribution by this air movement.
In addition to or instead of the bag filter 9 , appropriately designed filters can also be arranged at other points of the spinning machines. It would thus be easily possible to arrange two hose filters 11 and 12 (FIG. 2) connected to a common fan above the machine table and / or hose filters 13 and 14 in the area of the coils 4. A correspondingly designed bag filter 15 can also be used in the lower. Be arranged cross-sectional area of the spinning machine.
The material sucked off by the suction nozzles and separated from the air to be returned into the room inside the bag filter must be removed from the filter end 10 continuously or periodically. 3 shows means for removing this material from the interior of the filter, namely an elbow 16 , which opens into a further hose-like filter element 17, connects to the end. This is with the help of suitable means, e.g. B. a leather strap 18, so> pinched off that in front of the pinched-off point accumulating material can not escape. The hose piece 17 has a connecting piece 19 to which in some way a collecting container, for. B. a bag made of fabric or a container with airtight walls, airtight ■ can be connected. To remove the material that has collected in the filter end or in the elbow 16 or in the hose section 17 , the constriction 18 is removed, whereupon the separated material is blown into the collecting container or falls into the collecting container. However, it would also be possible to leave the collecting container on the connection piece 19 during operation of the suction device and to separate it from the latter only when periodically to be emptied by previously tying off the hose piece 17.
It is advisable to dimension the fan or the bag filter in such a way that the air flow at the Entry point into the filter a speed of at least 6 m / sec., Preferably about 10 m / sec., having. This measure ensures that the material carried along by the air flow in the end part of the Hollow body is transported. Furthermore, the bag filter can expediently be introduced in the direction of the Air flow according to FIG. 1 have a decreasing cross section. But it would also be possible to form only the end section of the filter facing away from the air inlet point with a decreasing cross section.
The decreasing cross section contributes to the fact that the filter wall per unit area is approximately the same Air volumes escape through the pore openings in the room and that the speed of the air flow is of sufficient size in the axial direction up to the end section of the bag filter, in order to transport the transported goods to this end section.
Wird zur Entnahme des in der Filterendpartie sich ansammelnden Gutes ein sackartiger Sammelbehälter verwendet, empfiehlt es sich, ein solches gewebeartiges Material zu verwenden, das durchströmender Luft einen geringeren Widerstand als die FilterwandA sack-like collecting container is used to remove the material that collects in the filter end section used, it is advisable to use such a fabric-like material, the air flowing through a lower resistance than the filter wall
