Die räumlich günstige Anordnung für das Gesperre ergibt sich erfindungsgemäß dadurch, daß die Drehstabfeder in der Drehachse des Handhebels angeordnet und im Sitzgestell verspannt ist. Eine vorteilhafteAusbildung ergibt sich weiter dadurch, daß der Handhebel zu einer die Sperraste bildenden Kurbel abgewinkelt ist und sich die Drehstabfeder mindestens über den Bereich der Kurbel in den hohl ausgebildeten Hebel erstreckt, so daß lediglich zwei Bauteile zum Sperren benötigt werden.According to the invention, these deficiencies are avoided in that the hand lever with a lock the seat causing the torsion bar spring is connected without a flap.
