Der Erfindungsgegenstand besteht im Wesentlichen aus einem aus Blech oder ähnlichem Material hergestellten Führungsstück a, in welchem sich ein Gleitfufs e verschieben läfst. Dieser Gleitfufs ist bei der Ausführung gemäfs Fig. ι mit einer Gewindebohrung versehen, in welche ein entsprechender Gewindezapfen des Mechanikknopfes c eingreift. Wird der Knopfe mit dem Gewindezapfen d in den Gleitfufs e eingeschraubt, so drückt die untere Platte des · Knopfes fest gegen die Führungsleisten und verhindert ein Verschieben des Gleitfufses e. Das Führungsstück α ist auf seiner oberen Kante mit einem Maisstab versehen, um bequem das hervorstehende Stück der Manschette einstellen zu können. Die Vorrichtung selbst wird bei der Ausführungsform gemäfs Fig. ι für Civilröcke im Innern des ■ Rockärmels b gleichzeitig mit den auf der äufseren Seite des Aermels anzubringenden Zierknöpfen festgenäht. Aufserdem zeigt die Fig. 2 eine andere Art der Befestigung des Manschettenknopfes, indem hierbei der Gleitfufs mit, einem Gewindezapfen versehen ist, welcher in eine entsprechende Bohrung des Manschettenknopfes eingreift.
