Description
DEUTSCHESGERMAN
When wet treatment of single threads or sets of threads in a continuous operation always occur then there are considerable difficulties when working with high spinning speeds, as in such Cases the bath friction becomes very high, which leads to thread damage. If no special precautions are hit, you cannot work with a deduction of more than 120 to 130 m / min.
The problem of increasing the take-off speeds to 200 m / min and more could only be solved if it was possible to reduce the friction between the running thread and the bath liquid as much as possible. The facilities developed so far did not guarantee smooth operation or were for use in machines on which the threads in the form of thread sheets in continuous Operation are generated, not suitable.
It is known that the bath friction is lower when the liquid flows in the same direction as the running thread, and it continues to decrease when the speed difference between thread and Bath liquid is as low as possible. The easiest way to do this is to have the thread leads vertically downward through a funnel-shaped device, from the bottom openings of which the bath liquid emerges together with the thread.
Devices of this type are already in use. However, they are all for wet treatment suitable for single threads. For example, funnels are used through which a single thread is passed is, the funnel itself penetrates a bath tub, which is one for covering the already Contains finished thread provided spinning solution and the one ring-shaped base opening surrounding the funnel having. A precipitating liquid container is arranged below this trough or surrounding it.
Another device with a lower liquid outlet is for the moistening of twisted pieces Threads provided. The side walls of the water tank have vertical slots, from the edges of which run out of plates that form bottomless spouts. The thread runs between these plates and comes into contact with an edgewise, flat water jet formed by the outlet. The friction must - since it is a transverse stream of water here - be very high. Thus, this device also meets the requirement to ensure that the threads run smoothly, not fair.
The funnel consists of two parts and can be open to insert the strand. For the treatment device for wet treatment

However, even this device is unsuitable for the development of thread sheets, as there is no possibility of to arrange a large number of such funnels side by side.
It has now been found that the wet treatment of running endless threads * from regenerated Cellulose in the form of filaments at high spinning speeds successfully with one device can be done with the threads over a number of rollers that are perpendicular or nearly perpendicular are arranged one below the other (with either all rollers or only the upper ones being driven), be guided. The invention consists in that just below the upper rollers in the direction of the running thread liquid channels for the washing or post-treatment liquids are provided, which have an almost semicircular cross-section and consist of two parts, one of which is fixed arranged, is cut like a comb, while the other can be opened upwards. Appropriate the grooves are designed so that they are comb-shaped and so deep at an angled upper edge are cut so that the liquid overflows at this point.
The threads are passed through the comb-like incisions. At the same time, bath liquid also occurs which surrounds the threads in a jacket-like manner, with from.
An Hand der Zeichnung wird die Vorrichtung näher erläutert:The device is explained in more detail using the drawing:

Abb. I zeigt ein Schema des Wasch- bzw. Nachbehandlungsaggregates in Seitenansicht. Fig. I shows a schematic of the washing or aftertreatment unit in side view. The thread sheet is continuously guided over rollers 1 and 2, either all rollers or only rollers 1 being driven. By the grooves 3, the washing or X T are fed achbehandlungsflüssigkeiten. The threads emerge with a thin liquid jacket through the small openings 4 at the bottom of the channel 3. The rollers 2 can either rotate freely in the air or are partially immersed in the washing liquid of the tub 5. The distance between the threads is ensured by the rear sight rods 6.
In Abb. Fig. II to V show special embodiments of the channels 3. In Fig. II the channels have an almost semicircular cross-section and consist of two parts 9 and 10. While part 9 is firmly mounted, the part 10 can be folded up to insert the threads. The lower center of the gutter has small semicircular openings 7 (see Fig. III) which cut into part 9. In these Openings are inserted the threads and by then folding down the part 10, which is through any device is pressed and sealed by a sealant 8 therein held.
The channels can also have a shape according to Figs. IV and V. In this case it takes place the addition of the washing liquid by overflowing. The threads are angled at the top Edge of the liquid channel 3, which has comb-like notches 4 (see Fig. V), passed and at the same time take with them the overflowing part of the bath fluid.
