Description
Bei herkömmlichen Wasserrädern ist jeweils nur ein geringer Teil der Schaufeln mit dem Wasser in Kontakt. wenn das Schaufelband senkrecht zur Strömungsrichtung im strömenden Medium
angeordnet wird, kann damit Energie gewonnen werden. In diesem Fall
sind die Begrenzungselemente anders einzustellen. Die Schaufeln
werden dann durch die Strömung
zur Seite abgedrängt,
vergleichbar mit einem kreuzenden Segelboot.
