Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zur Herstellung von Synthesegas aus Erdgas wird ein aus Erdgas und Dampf bestehendes Gemisch zusammen mit Sauerstoff durch katalytisches autothermes Reformieren unter Druck für Synthesegas umgesetzt, danach durch eine Katalysatorschicht geleitet und anschließend auf eine Temperatur von bis zu 400 DEG C abgekühlt. Zur Verbesserung der Wärmeübergangsleistung zwischen dem erzeugten Synthesegas und dem Kühlmittel der Wärmeübergangsleistung zwischen dem erzeugten Synthesegas und dem Kühlmittel werden das Reformieren des Gemisches und das Kühlen des Synthesegases in einem geschlossenen vertikalen Reaktor durchgeführt.
