Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zur Bestimmung der fötalen Herzfrequenz aus einem von einem Ultraschallsensor aufgenommenen zeitlichen Abschnitt eines Ultraschalldopplersignals, welches Informationen über die einzelnen Herzaktionen eines Fötus aufweist, ergibt sich eine einfache, zuverlässige und präzise Art der Ermittlung der fötalen Herzfrequenz durch folgende Schritte: DOLLAR A (a) Berechnen wenigstens eines Koeffizienten einer Frequenz einer harmonischen Analyse des Ultraschalldopplersignals in einer Vielzahl von Zeitfenstern des zeitlichen Abschnitts, wobei der für ein Zeitfenster erhaltene Wert des Koeffizienten einem Zeitwert des Zeitfensters zugeordnet wird, um eine Koeffizientenfunktion zu bilden; DOLLAR A (b) Bilden einer Autokorrelationsfunktion der im Schritt (a) erhaltenen Koeffizientenfunktion und DOLLAR A (c) Berechnen der fötalen Herzfrequenz für den zeitlichen Abschnitt des Ultraschalldopplersignals aus der zeitlichen Position eines Maximums der im Schritt (b) erhaltenen Autokorrelationsfunktion.
