Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Aktualisieren von Reis- und/oder Positionsdaten eines mobilen Endgeräts auf einem Reise-Agenten-Server (TAS), auch Travel-Agent-Server genannt. Das Verfahren zeichnet sich durch folgende Schritte aus: DOLLAR A - Veranlassen der Übertragung von Reise- und/oder Positionsdaten durch ein mobiles Endgerät (ME) zu einem Reise-Agenten-Server (TAS) und DOLLAR A - Austausch von Reise- und/oder Positionsdaten zwischen einem Informationsserver (LHS), der solche Reise- und/oder Positionsdaten verwaltet und deren Abruf als Dienst anbietet, und dem Reise-Agenten-Server (TAS). DOLLAR A Die Vorrichtung entsprechend eines Reise-Agenten-Servers (TAS) ist mit Mitteln zum Durchführen des oben beschriebenen Verfahrens ausgebildet.
