Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zum Verflüssigen eines Kohlenwasserstoff-reichen Stromes, insbesondere eines Erdgasstromes, mit gleichzeitiger Gewinnung einer C¶3+¶-reichen Fraktion mit hoher Ausbeute, wobei die Verflüssigung des Kohlenwasserstoff-reichen Stromes mittels eines beliebigen Verflüssigungsprozesses erfolgt, wobei der zu verflüssigende Kohlenwasserstoff-reiche Strom in eine C¶2-¶-reiche Fraktion, die der Verflüssigung unterworfen wird, und in eine C¶3+¶-reiche Fraktion aufgetrennt wird und wobei die Auftrennung des zu verflüssigenden Kohlenwasserstoff-reichen Stromes dadurch erfolgt, dass DOLLAR A a) der Kohlenwasserstoff-reiche Strom vor seiner Auftrennung in eine C¶2-¶-reiche und in eine C¶3+¶-reiche Fraktion entspannt, DOLLAR A b) der entspannte Kohlenwasserstoff-reiche Strom einem C¶3+¶-Absorptionsprozess zugeführt und in diesem in die der Verflüssigung zuzuführende C¶2-¶-reiche Fraktion und in eine erste Kondensatfraktion aufgetrennt, DOLLAR A c) die erste Kondensatfraktion einem C¶2-¶-Stripp-Prozess zugeführt, DOLLAR A d) aus dem Sumpf des C¶2-¶-Stripp-Prozesses eine zweite, C¶3+¶-reiche Kondensatfraktion mit hoher Ausbeute gewonnen und DOLLAR A e) am Kopf des C¶2-¶-Stripp-Prozesses eine C¶3-¶-reiche Gasfraktion abgezogen und dem C¶3+¶-Absorptionsprozess, der unter einem höheren Druck als der C¶2-¶-Stripp-Prozess betrieben wird, als Waschmittel zugeführt wird, DOLLAR A beschrieben.
