Abstract
Die Aufgabe, ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Verbesserung des Fahrkomforts von Kraftfahrzeugen anzugeben, mit denen bereits vor der Einwirkung von gegebenenfalls nachteiligen Fahrbahnzuständen (2) auf das Fahrwerk eine Einstellung der Dämpfer (1) des Fahrwerks auf die besagten Fahrbahnzustände weitestgehend abgeschlossen ist, wird im Wesentlichen dadurch gelöst, dass in Abhängigkeit von der aktuellen oder einer vorbestimmten maximalen Fahrgeschwindigkeit "V" des Kraftfahrzeugs ein Sensor (3) derart schräg nach vorn auf die Fahrbahn (7) gerichtet wird, dass aufgrund etwaiger sensierter Fahrbahnunebenheiten (2) genügend Reaktionszeit zur rechtzeitigen Erstellung von Signalen (6) zur Ansteuerung sowie zur Anpassung sämtlicher Dämpfer (1) des Fahrwerks an die besagten Fahrbahnunebenheiten (2) zur Verfügung steht.The object of specifying a method and a device for improving the driving comfort of motor vehicles, with which an adjustment of the damper (1) of the chassis to the said road conditions is largely completed before the impact of possibly adverse road conditions (2) on the chassis essentially solved in that, depending on the current or a predetermined maximum driving speed "V" of the motor vehicle, a sensor (3) is directed obliquely forward on the roadway (7) such that due to any sensed road bumps (2) there is sufficient reaction time Timely creation of signals (6) for controlling and for adapting all the damper (1) of the chassis to the said road bumps (2) is available.
