Abstract

Schutzansprueche Pferde-Mokassin dadurch gekennzeichnet: das Material ist komplett aus Kunststoff.

Description

  • Der Pferde-Mokassin (1) hat die Form eines normalen Hufeisen.
  • Neu ist, ausser dem Material, eine ca. 5 mm hohe Kante, (2) die den Huf aussen umschliesst.
  • Das Material ist aus Kunststoff. Die Stollen (3 + 4) sin ebenfalls aus Kunststoff und auswechselbar.
  • Der Mokassin (1) ist 20–25 mm hoch. An beiden hinteren Enden des Mokassin (1) befinden sich je ein Gewindeloch (6) zum einschrauben der Stollen (4)
  • Der vordere Stollen (3) ist laenglich und wird mit Hilfe eines Keil (5) am Mokassin (1) befestigt. (Zeichnung 2)
  • Die Hufe des betreffenden Pferdes werden, genau wie bei der Beschlagung mit Hufeisen, vorbereitet.
  • Die Sohle wird mit Schleifpapier glatt geschliffen.
  • Dann wird von jedem Huf ein Abdruck genommen
  • Aus einem bestimmten Kunststoff werden, ca. 30 mm dick, Platten gegossen.
  • Aus diesen Platten werden Mokassin (1) Rohlinge gefraest.
  • Diese Rohlinge werden dann dem Huf-Abdruck angepasst.
  • Mit einem zwei Komponenten-Kleber werden dann die Mokassin (1) auf die Hufe geklebt.
  • Anschliessend werden die Stollen (3 + 4) eingesetzt.
  • Diese Stollen (3 + 4) koennen jederzeit ausgewechselt werden. Muessen die Mokassin (1) naturbedingt ausgewechselt werden, werden die Mokassin (1) mit einem Gasbrenner erhitzt. Der zwei Komponenten-Kleber schmilzt bei niedriger Temperatur, ohne den Huf zu verletzen. Dannach koennen die alten Mokassin (1) von den Hufen abgenommen werden.
  • Nach Pflege der Hufe, koennen neue Mokassin (1) aufgeklebt werden.

Claims (7)

  1. Schutzansprueche Pferde-Mokassin dadurch gekennzeichnet: das Material ist komplett aus Kunststoff.
  2. Schutzansprueche Pferde-Mokassin dadurch gekennzeichnet: aus diesem Kunststoff werden Platten gegossen.
  3. Schutzansprueche Pferde-Mokassin dadurch gekennzeichnet: aus diesen Platten werden Rohlinge gefraest.
  4. Schutzansprueche Pferde-Mokassin dadurch gekennzeichnet: das Gewicht wird wesentlich verringert.
  5. Schutzansprueche Pferde-Mokassin dadurch gekennzeichnet: die Mokassin werden an den Huf geklebt.
  6. Schutzansprueche Pferde-Mokassin dadurch gekennzeichnet: der Huf wird nicht mehr, wie beim beschlagen mit Eisen, verletzt.
  7. Schutzansprueche Pferde-Mokassin dadurch gekennzeichnet: eine aussen umlaufende Kante gibt dem Pferde-Mokassin am Huf einen guten Halt.
