Das Einlegeteil wird in ein Spritzgießwerkzeug eingelegt, die mindestens eine Kunststoffkomponente in das mit dem Einlegeteil bestückte Spritzgießwerkzeug eingespritzt und nach einer vorgebbaren Abkühlzeit das mit der mindestens einen Kunststoffkomponente versehene Einlegeteil (Hybridbauteil) aus dem Spritzgießwerkzeug entnommen. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass das Einlegeteil vor dem Einlegen Anspritzen der Kunststoffkomponente mindestens in dem Bereich mit einem Plasmastrahl beaufschlagt wird, in dem die Kunststoffkomponente angespritzt werden soll.
