Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Hinterspritzen eines Dekormaterials sowie ein nach dem Verfahren herstellbares Verbundprodukt.The invention relates to a method for injecting a decorative material and a composite product which can be produced by the method.
Dekorative Oberflächen, insbesondere von Fahrzeuginnenräumen, werden durch Hinterspritzverfahren hergestellt. Dabei werden Dekormaterialien, beispielsweise Kunststofffolien oder Textilien, in Spritzgießwerkzeugen eingelegt und anschließend mit einer fließfähigen Kunststoffformmasse auf einer von einer Sichtseite abgewandten Seite des Dekormaterials, der Spritzseite, hinterspritzt. Nach Aushärten der Kunststoffformmasse behält das so hergestellte Verbundprodukt seine durch einen Formraum der Spritzgießform vorgegebene äußere Form.Decorative surfaces, in particular of vehicle interiors, are produced by injection molding. Erfindungsgemäß wird als Barriereschicht ein Maschen- oder Webwarenmaterial, insbesondere ein Gewebe, ein Gewirke oder ein Gestrick, verwendet. Maschen- oder Webmaterialien haben gegenüber den gemäß dem Stand der Technik verwendeten Vliesmaterialien den Vorteil einer höheren Widerstandskraft gegenüber der Kunststoffformmasse. Dies ermöglicht den Einsatz geringerer Schichtdicken, der so genannten Grammatur, der Barriereschicht resultierend in der gewünschten Reduktion von Kosten und Gewicht des Verbundproduktes. Es hat sich zudem als vorteilhaft erwiesen, dass die erfindungsgemäß eingesetzten Maschen- oder Webwarenmaterialien aufgrund ihrer Elastizität kaum zur Faltenbildung infolge der beim Hinterspritzen einwirkenden Scherkräfte neigen. Zudem ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass als Dekormaterial ein Schaumstoffmaterial, welches an seiner Sichtseite zu einem Film verdichtet ist, verwendet wird.According to the invention, a mesh or woven material, in particular a woven fabric, a knitted fabric or a knitted fabric, is used as the barrier layer.
