Have carried out tests by the applicant reveal that the Use of such plastic films, especially in the case of highly accelerated ones Missiles (such as those used in modern tank and artillery ammunition are used), at least not recommended if these bullets contain a plastic-bound explosive, because this tends to deform at high accelerations. The explosive presses hence the roof-shaped protuberances in the case of an elastic film material outward. This can cracks form in the explosive, which lead to an unwanted Implementation of the explosives can and therefore pose a security risk.
The invention is based on the object a floor of the mentioned at the beginning Kind of make sure it even when using plastic-bound explosives cracking of the explosives during the acceleration phase of the projectile comes. Procedures are also intended to manufacture such a projectile are disclosed.
This object is achieved according to the invention of the projectile by the features of claim 1 and with regard the procedure by the claims 4 and 5 solved. Further, particularly advantageous embodiments of the invention disclose the Dependent claims.
The invention is essentially based on the idea of using a film as a plastic film, which consists of at least two areas with different strength properties consists. The plastic film is in the structured area made of a rigid material, which allows the roof-shaped Dents during the acceleration phase of the projectile prevented by the explosive. In the smooth area, however, the plastic film is made of an elastic plastic material, so that the film in this area elastic and form-fitting against the inner wall of the outer shell is pressed.
For the production of the plastic film for the projectile according to the invention Areas made of rigid plastic material and elastic Blown plastic material are manufactured separately and then welded together, glued or molten when blowing together become.
But it is also possible to Blow molding different materials of the same basic basis in segments first as single-story hose to produce the final contour in a blow mold receives. Since the process of Generation of segments consisting of different materials Hose on the blow molding machine runs under computer control an exact reproducibility for ensures the various areas in this inexpensive process.
As the base material for the plastic film polypropylene has again proven to be advantageous. By appropriate additions receives on the one hand a very rigid material and on the other hand (e.g. through a rubber-elastic additive) a correspondingly elastic one Material.
More details and advantages the invention result from the following with reference to a figure explained Embodiment.
In the figure it is partially in the Sectional side view of an explosive projectile that can be fired by an artillery weapon before inserting an explosive charge and closing the front Mouth hole with an impact detonator played.

Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiment described above. So can take place, for example, as a material for the plastic film Polypropylene can also be used with another base material through appropriate additives the required strength requirements are set.
