Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Feuerungsanlage für Räucherofen mit eine Abschlußplatte der Räucherkammer durchsetzenden Gasbrennern.The invention relates to a furnace for smokers with an end plate of the Smokehouse penetrating gas burners.

Bei den bisher bekannten Feuerungsanlagen dieser Art erstrecken sich die in der Regel mit quer zu ihrer Achse ausmündenden und in Richtung dieser Achse versetzt angeordneten Austrittsöffnungen versehenen Brennerrohre von der Abschluß platte bis in die unmittelbare Nähe der dieser Abschlußplatte gegenüberliegenden hinteren Begrenzungswand, also nahezu über die gesamte Tiefe der Räucherkammer. Die Brennerrohre, die außer zur Beheizung auch gleichzeitig zur Inbrandsetzung des aus Sägemehl bestehenden Räuchermaterials dienen, müssen in das Sägemehl entsprechend eingebettet sein, um dessen Anbrennen bewirken zu können, das somit an verschiedenen, über ■die ganze Tiefe der Räucherkammer verteilt liegenden Stellen gleichzeitig erfolgt. Solche Anordnungen sind insofern nachteilig, als lediglich im unmittelbaren Bereich der Brenner selbst ein guter Abbrand gewährleistet ist und die eingebetteten Brenner einen verhältnismäßig großen Anteil der Wärme unmittelbar an das Sägemehl abgeben, so daß in vielen Fällen die restliche Wärme für einen einwandfreien Räucherprozeß nicht mehr ausreicht. Es sind auch Feuerungsanlagen mit durch eine vordere Abschlußplatte hindurchgeführten Bunsenbrennern bekannt, die, an ihrem inneren Ende mittels einer Auflagebrücke gelagert, in die Räucherkammer erst in beträchtlicher Entfernung von der Abschlußplatte ausmünden, so daß das Anzünden des Sagemehles in den hinteren Kammerbereichen stattfindet. Auch eine solche Ausgestaltung ist einem guten Abbrand des Sagemehles hinderlich, weil sich der Abbrand nur schwer vom hinteren Kammerbereioh nach vorn ausbreiten kann, zumal die Brenner lediglich im hinteren Ofenteil ihre volle Wirksamkeit entfalten und demgemäß vor allem die der Abschlußplatte gegenüberliegende Kammerwand beheizen, in der in üblicher Weise der Rauchgasabzug vorgesehen ist, durch den somit der Großteil der von den Brennern abgegebenen Wärme unausgenutzt abströmt. Da sich die Regulierklappe für die Zuführung von Frischluft in der Regel in der vorderen Abschlußplatte befindet und somit der Luftstrom von vorn nach hinten streicht, ist ein Übergreifen des im hinteren Kammerbereich bewirkten Abbrandes auf den vorderen Teil der Sägemehlmasse um so mehr in Frage gestellt.In the previously known firing systems of this type, they usually extend across them Axis opening out and provided in the direction of this axis offset arranged outlet openings Burner tubes from the end plate to the immediate Near the rear boundary wall opposite this end plate, that is to say almost over the entire depth of the smokehouse. Mittels des ortsbeweglich en Gasbrenners kann also das Sägemehl an seiner vorderen, der Abschlußplatte zugekehrten Schichtkante über die ganze Ofenbreite angebrannt werden, wobei die ebenfalls mittels des beweglichen Brenners angezündeten, in Richtung des durch die Anschlußplatte zugeführten Frischluftstromes wirksamen und im unmittelbaren Bereich der Abschlußplatte ausmündenden festen Brenner den idealen, von vorn nach hinten fortschreitenden Abbrand des Sagemehles wesentlich unterstützen, da sie die oberhalb des Sagemehles befindliche Luft über die gesamte Kammertiefe intensiv erhitzen, was nicht nur den fortschreitenden Abbrand des Sagemehles, sondern auch den eigentlichen Räucherprozeß wesentlich fördert.
