Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device which as an automatic flood protection wall rising water through a floating body of stable material that forms the wall itself works and can be used immediately without any special effort.
Known from DE 198 07 640 is flood protection with floating lever devices, which raise the locking devices and adjust them to the respective water level. A disadvantage of this System is the lack of stability due to lack of attachment to the floor and the lack Back pressure on the dry side. A means is also known from DE 196 51 389 Floating body hinged protective wall on the bottom, which lacks pressure equalization also has static problems. Furthermore, sludge and sand deposits form before Wall that prevent it from folding down into the rest position without cleaning. Hinged protective walls by means of hydraulic forces are known several times. The example is Device called in DE 299 11 655 U. Such facilities require expensive production and an expensive assembly and maintenance.
In a large number of applications, removable devices from posts and used boards or beam elements either with or without counter supports on the Dry side described (DE 198 07 141, DE 297 07 572). These protective walls must and be dismantled.
The invention is therefore based on the object of automatically setting up at the place of use and to create no counter supports flood wall that either on Pound walls are attached or anchored in the bank area by means of already attached piles and continues to work without cleaning.
The task is solved by means of a floating wall ( 1 ), which rises when the water level rises and is attached to a bar ( 4 ) corresponding to the long side ( 3 ) of the wall via a hinge-like connection ( 2 ). This bar is in turn attached to a sheet pile wall ( 5 ) or a stone or concrete wall when the bank is secured. If such a wall is not present, it can also be attached to piles ( 10 ) which have already been attached. At normal water levels, the floodwater wall can dip into the water from the top edge of the sheet pile wall or, if properly fastened, lie flat on the edge of the bank. When the water rises above normal level, the floating wall is slowly pushed upwards according to an opening angle and reaches an almost vertical position when the water level is at its highest. In order to prevent the water from tipping over due to the corresponding water pressure, the edge ( 6 ) of the wall then sitting on the bank must have a corresponding taper. Tipping is also prevented by fastening the flood wall by means of a hinge connected to a bar on the bank wall. The taper ( 6 ) is still urgently necessary so that when the water drops, the flood wall automatically tilts downwards, which would not be ensured at a right angle. Leaks occur on the hinge sides and the butt sides ( 2 , 7 ) of the individual wall modules when they are erected. To avoid this disadvantage, seals are attached once between the bar ( 4 ) and the hinge ( 2 ) and also on the sides (7, 12) of the flood walls. If the floodwater wall is not attached to fixed bank walls, but is attached to the bank edge by means of piles, if the ground is soft, an additional tarpaulin ( 11 ) covering the floor should be installed between the hinges ( 2 ) and the strip ( 4 ) in order to wash the floor Avoid piles.
Claims (4)
1. protective wall for retaining water in the riverside area of rivers, lakes, seas or the like when the water level rises above the normal level, characterized in that
that in particular the protective wall ( 1 ) floats automatically, so that in low water it partially or not at all is immersed in the water or lies on the edge of the bank and automatically rises when the water rises and swings up towards the water's edge, the edge on the top then projecting above the water level
that it is attached via a hinge-like connection ( 2 ) on the long side ( 3 ) with a bar ( 4 ) which in turn is attached to fixed bank edges ( 5 ) or by means of piles ( 10 ) on the bank edge.
