Abstract

A shower partition with a sliding door and a guide device for the sliding door and a guide element for the guide device are proposed. The sliding door is guided on a roller of the guide element, with the roller being in direct contact with a door pane or a guide strip on the pane. The guide strip is preferably clamped to the sliding door by a profile. The guide element has a magnet or magnets symmetrically on both sides of the roller axis and/or below the roller in the installed position. The guide member has a housing which forms a bearing or trunnion for the roller. A very simple, cost-effective and robust construction is thus made possible.

Description

The present invention relates to a shower partition with a guide device according to the preamble of claim 1 and a guide element for a guide device according to the preamble of claim 14.

DT 25 54 097 A1 discloses a partition wall for damp rooms, in particular bathing or shower cubicles, with sliding wall panels, with each wall panel being suspended in an upper slide or roller guide rail and with lower guide rails on a lower, closed guide body with guides arranged one below the other in steps, in particular freely suspended, is guided. The guidance is realized here by magnetic force, the wall panels each having magnets and corresponding anchor parts being provided in the guide body, so that the magnetic force stabilizes the respective wall panel transversely to the plane of the panel. Alternatively, the arrangement of the permanent magnets and armature parts can be reversed. Furthermore, the wall panels can each have a lower guide roller.

The EP 3 257 414 A1 discloses a sliding door, in particular for a shower partition, which has a door profile arranged on a lower edge of the sliding door and a guide profile arranged parallel thereto. A magnet is located in a cavity of the door profile and a magnetizable body is located in the guide profile designed as a hollow profile, or vice versa. The door profile is pulled towards the guide profile by the magnetic force. A roller that projects beyond the contour of the door profile prevents direct contact between the door profile and the guide profile.

The present invention is based on the object of specifying a shower partition with a guide device and a guide element for a guide device that enable simple, safe, stable and/or efficient guidance of a sliding door, have a simple or compact structure and/or have a simple or .Enable convenient cleaning.

The above object is achieved by a shower partition according to claim 1 or a guide element according to claim 14. Advantageous developments are the subject of the subclaims.

The proposed shower partition has a sliding door with a pane, in particular made of glass or plastic, and a guide device for the sliding door or pane. In particular, the guide device guides the sliding door or pane in the installed state in the lower edge region of the shower partition or sliding door or pane.

The guide device has a guide element with a magnet, which is arranged in particular close to the floor or on the shower floor. Correspondingly, a guide strip made of a magnetizable material, in particular stainless steel, is arranged on the sliding door.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, the guide element has a roller on which the sliding door is guided, the roller being able to be brought into direct contact with the pane and/or the guide rail or in direct contact with the pane and/or the guide rail stands. In this way, a very simple and compact door guide or guide device is made possible. In particular, an additional hollow profile or the like can be dispensed with. Furthermore, a particularly safe, stable and efficient guidance is realized since the sliding door is guided directly on its pane and/or the guide strip and not on any intermediate parts such as an additional profile.

According to a further aspect of the present invention, which can also be implemented independently, the guide strip is held in a clamped manner, in particular, in a groove of a profile arranged on the sliding door. This enables a particularly simple, secure, stable and/or compact fastening or holding of the guide strip on the sliding door, which is conducive to secure, stable and efficient guidance of the sliding door. In particular, the proposed clamping means that additional fastening means can be dispensed with.

The profile is particularly preferably a sealing profile or the profile forms a seal. Advantageously, this allows sealing of the lower door edge on the one hand and secure/stable fastening or holding of the guide strip on the other. In particular, further components, in particular for holding the guide strip, can be dispensed with. This is conducive to a compact design.

The clamping of the guide bar is preferably realized by a clamping section or a clamping element of the profile. In particular, the clamping section is a particularly flexible projection or the like, which encompasses the guide strip and holds it in a clamping manner in the groove. Preferably, the clamping portion is preloaded to achieve clamping.

Alternatively or additionally, the clamping can also be realized in that the profile has a U-shaped cross-section, the legs of the profile being prestressed. When the pane is inserted, the legs are thus pressed apart by the pane, so that the profile clamps on the pane and the guide strip in the profile or its groove.

The clamping section and/or the prestressed profile clamp the guide strip in a particularly simple and reliable manner.

The guide device with a guide bar clamped in a profile can also be designed without a roller or roller guide. The profile and a corresponding sliding surface on the guide element then preferably slide on one another or are made of materials that easily slide on one another. However, it is preferred that a roller is also provided on the guide element when the guide device is formed with the profile, in particular in order to make the guide run more smoothly, particularly preferably with direct contact between the roller and the disk.

As an alternative to the proposed arrangement of the guide bar in or on the profile or in a groove of the profile, the guide bar can also be arranged directly on or on the pane, in particular glued on. In this case, the profile can also be dispensed with, especially if sealing is not necessary.

According to a further aspect of the present invention, which can also be implemented independently, the guide element has one or more magnets, particularly preferably two magnets, and a roller, the magnet or magnets being positioned symmetrically to the axis of rotation of the roller and/or below the Role is arranged in the installed position or are. This achieves a particularly compact structure or an arrangement of magnet(s) and roller that is particularly efficient for guiding.

According to a further aspect of the present invention, which can also be implemented independently, the guide element has a cover or housing which forms a bearing for the roller. This is conducive to a compact and simple construction of the guide element.

The roller and the magnet or magnets are preferably arranged in a (common) housing of the guide element. This is conducive to a particularly compact design.

The roller preferably protrudes from the housing, in particular in the direction of the disc or guide rail. In this way, an optimal or defined distance between the magnet(s) and the guide bar or between (the housing of) the guide element and the pane or sliding door can be ensured.

The guide device or the guide element particularly preferably has only a single roller. This is conducive to a particularly simple and compact design. However, it is also possible to equip the guide element with a plurality of rollers, the axes of rotation of which are then preferably arranged parallel to one another.

The shower partition or guide device particularly preferably has only a single guide element. This is conducive to a simple and compact design. However, several guide elements can also be provided, which are preferably constructed in the same way.

The guide element is preferably attached to a partition wall of the shower partition, in particular screwed on. This is conducive to simple and secure attachment of the guide element. However, other solutions are also possible here, for example the guide element could be glued to a shower floor.

Particularly preferably, the sliding door can be folded down or pivoted against the magnetic force, in particular transversely to the pane or door plane and/or about an axis at the top parallel to the sliding guide. This allows the door guide to be released in a simple manner. This is conducive in particular to easy cleaning of the shower partition, in particular to easy cleaning of the lower edge of the door.

The guide device according to the invention and/or the guide element according to the invention can/can preferably also be used for other purposes, in particular it is therefore not limited to sanitary purposes or a shower partition. The term “shower partition” is therefore preferably to be understood in a broad sense to the effect that it is also any other door arrangement with a sliding door, for example for room dividing purposes, a cupboard or other piece of furniture or the like.

The aforementioned aspects and features of the present invention and the aspects and features of the present invention resulting from the further description can be implemented independently of one another, but also in any combination.

Terms used in the following and the previous description that refer to absolute positions or orientations in space, such as above, below, horizontally, vertically and the like, preferably refer to the installed shower enclosure 1, sliding door 2 and/or guide device 10 , even if this is not explicitly mentioned. In particular, the term “installed position” of a component, such as a guide element 20 of the guide device 10, denotes the intended orientation or positioning of the component in the mounted or installed state.

The sliding door 2 preferably has a door leaf or a pane 2A. The pane 2A is preferably made of a transparent material, particularly preferably glass or plastic.

The sliding door 2 is preferably suspended or movably held on an associated upper guide or guide rail 3 . The shower partition 1 preferably has the guide or guide rail 3 .

In the installed state, the main extension plane of the sliding door 2 or the pane 2A preferably runs at least essentially vertically.

“Edges” of the pane 2A are preferably to be understood as meaning the (side) surfaces of the pane 2A that run transversely or perpendicularly to the main plane of extent of the pane 2A. The sliding door 2 is preferably held by at least one fitting 2B arranged in particular on or near the upper edge of the pane 2A, in the example shown by two fittings 2B, on or by the guide rail 3 in a displacement direction - horizontal or in the longitudinal extension of the guide rail 3 - slidably held or led. The shower partition 1 preferably has a shower floor 4 . The shower floor 4 can be a shower tray, for example. The shower partition 1 preferably separates a shower area, preferably at least essentially watertight when the sliding door 2 is closed. The pivot axis preferably runs at least essentially horizontally and/or along the guide rail 3.

The sliding door 2, in particular the fitting(s) 2B, and/or the guide rail 3 are preferably designed accordingly in order to enable such a pivoting of the sliding door 2.

The shower partition 1 preferably has a fixed pane or partition 5 .

The partition wall 5 is preferably made of a transparent material, in particular the same material as the pane 2A, and/or in particular designed and/or installed as a frameless pane.

The partition wall 5 can be firmly connected to the guide rail 3 and carry or hold it, or even be attached to it.

The partition wall 5 is preferably arranged or supported on the shower floor 4, in particular at least essentially watertight.

Preferably, the main plane of extension of the partition wall 5 in the example shown runs parallel to the main plane of extension of the sliding door 2.

To open the shower partition 1, the sliding door 2 can preferably be pushed outside in front of or inside behind the partition 5, in particular horizontally, particularly preferably on the inside of the partition 5. This creates a door opening through which the shower area can be entered or exited by a person not shown can be. The sliding door 2 can preferably be moved or closed against a vertically extending (second) component, such as a transverse wall, a wall profile 7 or a sealing strip (not shown) or the like held by it.

The wall profile 7 closes when the sliding door 2 is closed, as shown in 1 shown, preferably sealingly via said sealing strip with the adjacent vertical edge of the sliding door 2 or attached to the vertical edge of the sliding door 2 sealing strip (not shown). The guide device 10 preferably has a preferably stationary guide element 20 and/or a guide strip 30, preferably on the door side.

The shower partition 1, sliding door 2 or guide device 10 preferably has a profile 40 at the lower end or in the area of the lower edge of the pane 2A.

The profile 40 preferably has a sealing profile and/or is designed as a sealing profile or is a sealing profile.

The profile 40 preferably has a seal or sealing lip 45 which is preferably arranged on the inside of the shower partition 1 .

The sealing lip 45 is preferably angled so that water can run off it. In other words, the upper angle between the main extension plane of the disc 2A and the sealing lip 45 is greater than 90°, in particular greater than 100° and/or less than 180°, in particular less than 170°.

This embodiment is suitable for other uses where a minimalist design is desired, for example for room partition purposes.

The guide strip 30 and/or the profile 40 preferably extends over the entire width of the door or the lower edge of the door.

The guide element 20 preferably has a roller 21, one or more magnets 22, a housing or a cover 23 and/or a base or a lower part 24, as in particular in 4 shown.

The guide element 20 preferably has exactly one roller 21 . This is conducive to a simple, efficient and compact design of the guide device 10.

The guide element 20 and/or the housing 23 and/or the base 24 preferably has a bearing or a bearing journal 25 for the roller 21 .

The bearing journal 25 can be formed by the housing 23 or the base 24, in particular in one piece with the housing 23 or the base 24.

Alternatively, the bearing pin 25 can be designed as a separate component, for example by a pin or a screw. In this case, the guide element 20 or the housing 23 and/or the base 24 preferably has an opening through which the bearing pin 25 is guided or in which the bearing pin 25 is mounted. The opening then preferably forms a bearing for the housing 23 or the base 24.

Preferably, the axis of rotation A of the roller 21 or the bearing pin 25 runs parallel to the main extension plane of the pane 2A (in the non-tilted state) and/or perpendicular to the displacement direction of the sliding door 2 and/or perpendicular to the shower floor 4 or vertically.

The guide element 20, in particular the housing 23 and/or the base 24, preferably has a recess in which the roller 21 is arranged or through which the roller 21 protrudes.

The roller 21 protrudes—in particular from the housing 23 or its recess—so far in front that the roller 21 is preferably in direct contact—in particular only—with the pane 2A of the sliding door 2 or can be brought. This enables the sliding door 2 to be guided smoothly on the guide element 20. Alternatively, it is also possible for the roller 21 (only) to be in direct contact with the profile 40, in particular the leg 41, or--in the version without profile 40--the guide strip 30 or is bringable.

The roller 21 is preferably made of plastic, in particular with a harder area forming the hub and a softer peripheral area rolling on the disc 2A.

The guide element 20 is preferably attached to the shower floor 4 or to the partition wall 5, which is in particular stationary, in particular by gluing, clamping or screwing.

The guide element 20 or the housing 23 and/or the base 24 preferably has a recess or a thread for a fastening means 27, in particular in the form of a screw, such as 5 shows.

The housing 23 and/or the base 24 of the guide element 20 or the guide element 20 as a whole is preferably attached to the partition wall 5 of the shower enclosure 1 by the attachment means 27, in particular screwed on.

The cover 26, the fastening means 27 and/or the bearing element 28 are preferably (component) parts of the guide device 10 or the guide element 20. An attractive force, in particular a magnetic force, preferably acts between the guide strip 30 and the magnet(s) 22 .

The force prevailing between the guide strip 30 and the magnet(s) 22 is preferably greater than 10 N, in particular greater than 20 N and/or preferably less than 50 N, in particular approximately between 30 and 40 N.

Preferably, the magnet(s) 22 is flat and/or round or rectangular.

The magnet(s) 22 is/are preferably designed as (flat), in particular round, circular, rectangular or square disk(s) or cuboid or cube-shaped.

Preferably, the magnets 22 are the same size and/or uniform and/or equivalent in magnetization.

In general, an equivalent magnetization of two magnets 22 in the present invention denotes the at least substantially identical course and/or the identical density of the magnetic field lines of the magnets 22 in a field-free space. Each magnet 22 is positioned alone in the field-free space, with both magnets 22 being positioned identically and their field lines then being compared.

In the installed position, the magnets 22 are preferably arranged symmetrically to the axis of rotation A or on opposite sides of the axis of rotation A, as in particular in 4 shown. In particular, the magnets 22 have the same distance from the axis of rotation A.

The magnets 22 are preferably aligned parallel to the main extension plane or sliding plane of the pane 2A of the sliding door 2 or the guide strip 30 and/or arranged equidistant thereto.

The magnets 22 are preferably located in the guide element 20, the housing 23 or the base 24 and/or are completely contained or surrounded by them.

The housing 23 is preferably placed, clamped or snapped onto the base or the lower part 24 or screwed thereto.

Preferably, housing 23 and/or base 24 secures or supports roller 21 and/or magnets 22.

The housing 23 is preferably formed in one piece, in particular together with the bearing journal 25 .

The roller 21 is preferably arranged in or on the guide element 20 above the magnet(s) 22, in particular so high that it has no contact with the profile 40. This is conducive to a simple, efficient and compact design of the guide device 10.

The guide rail 30 is preferably arranged below the roller 21 in the installed state.

Alternatively, the roller 21 can also be in direct contact with the guide strip 30 or the profile 40 or on this/these unroll This embodiment is particularly advantageous if the guide device 10 is designed without the profile 40 and/or the guide strip 30 is arranged directly on the pane 2A.

The sliding door 2 can preferably be moved relative to the partition wall 5, with the main extension plane of the sliding door 2 and the partition wall 5 preferably remaining parallel to one another. This is conducive to a compact design of the shower partition 1 when open.
