Abstract

The invention relates to a fastening strap (25) and an anti-puncture clothing (10), the fastening strap (25) being designed to fix the anti-puncture clothing (10) to a part of the body and having a fastener (60) and a band (65), the fastener (60) has a clamp holder (90) and a first closing clamp (95), the clamp holder (90) having at least one plate-shaped counter-plate (100) and at least one first connecting section (105) which is arranged laterally on the counter-plate (100). and extends away from the counter-plate (100), the first closure clamp (95) being arranged opposite the counter-plate (100) and together with the counter-plate (100) delimiting a first strap passage (140) for receiving the strap (65) in sections , wherein the first closure clamp (95) is mounted on the first connecting section (105) such that it can pivot between a first clamped position and a first open position about a first pivot axis (130), the first closure clamp (95) having a first clamp section (170) which protrudes into the first strap passage (140) in the first clamping position and is designed to clamp the strap (65) between the first clamping section (170) and the counter-plate (100), with the first clamping section (170) emerging from the first tape bushing (140) is pivoted.

Description

The invention relates to a fastening strap according to patent claim 1 and an anti-puncture clothing according to patent claim 14.

Out of EP 2 892 375 A1 discloses protective clothing with a fastening strap for attachment to a protective clothing loop made from a partial annular network mesh.

It is the object of the invention to provide an improved fastening strap and improved anti-puncture clothing.

This object is achieved by means of a fastening strap according to patent claim 1 and an anti-puncture clothing according to patent claim 14 . Advantageous embodiments are specified in the dependent claims.

It was recognized that an improved fastening strap for fixing anti-puncture clothing to a part of a person's body can be provided in that the fastening strap has a fastener and a strap. The closure has a clamp holder and a first closure clamp, the clamp holder having at least one plate-shaped counter-plate and at least one first connecting section which is arranged laterally on the counter-plate and extends away from the counter-plate. The first closure clamp is arranged opposite the counter-plate and, together with the counter-plate, delimits a first strap passage for accommodating the strap in sections. The first closure clamp is mounted on the first connecting section such that it can pivot about a first pivot axis between a first clamping position and a first open position. The first closure clamp has a first clamping section which, in the first clamping position, protrudes into the first strap passage and is designed to clamp the strap between the first clamping section and the counter-plate. In the first open position, the first clamping section is pivoted out of the first strap passage. This configuration has the advantage that in the open position in the first strap passage a strap section of the strap can be adjusted through the first strap passage and in the desired position the first closure clamp can be brought into the first clamping position. As a result, the strap is infinitely adjustable, so that a particularly high level of wearing comfort of the anti-puncture clothing on the part of the body can be ensured. In particular, the fastening strap can be readjusted after a long period of wear and, for example, a swelling of the body part, and the stepless adjustment also allows the strap to be slightly widened or opened.

In a further embodiment, the first closure clamp has a first lever section which adjoins the first clamp section. The first lever portion is arranged inclined to the first clamping portion. In the first open position the first lever section is folded away from the counter-plate and in the first clamping position the first lever section is folded in towards the counter-plate. In the first clamping position, the first lever section is preferably designed to bear against the strap. This configuration has the advantage that the lever section is prevented from getting caught in the first clamping position and the closure is therefore particularly flat in the vertical direction.

In a further embodiment, the first closure clamp is pivotably mounted on the first connecting section by means of a first joint. The first joint is arranged laterally to an abutment of the first lever portion and the first clamp portion. This configuration has the advantage that the clamping section can be made particularly short and as a result a large force can be provided for clamping the tape.

In a further embodiment, the strap comprises a material that can be elastically deformed several times at room temperature, with the strap extending through the first strap leadthrough. In the first clamping position, the first clamping section is pressed against a first side surface of the band and the band is locally and reversibly elastically deformed. The band lies against the counter-plate on a second side surface of the band opposite the first side surface and forms a first frictional connection with the counter-plate. As a result, the strap is particularly well connected to the closure.

In a further embodiment, the first side surface and/or the second side surface of the band are flat. Alternatively, the band has a fabric at least in sections, with the fabric preferably being woven continuously, in particular without interruption, at least in sections. In the case of a planar configuration of the first and/or second side surface, the band can be produced using a simple injection mold, for example. The fabric has the advantage that the tape is particularly elastic and can be guided around particularly tight radii.

In a further embodiment, the clamp holder has a second connection section, the second connection section being opposite in a transverse direction to the first ver binding section is arranged on the counter-plate. The first connection section and the second connection section limit the passage of the strap in the transverse direction. The first closure clamp is arranged at least in sections between the first connection section and the second connection section. This configuration has the advantage that a good hold of the first closure clamp is ensured when it is pivoted on the clamp holder. It is of particular advantage here if the counterplate and the first connecting section and the second connecting section are designed in one piece and from the same material. As a result, for example, the clamp holder can be produced from a sheet metal material in a particularly simple and cost-effective manner by means of a stamping and bending process.

In a further embodiment, the first clamping section has a curved contour at a first free end, with the contour preferably having at least one bulge, with the bulge being designed to press into the band in the first clamping position. Due to the bulge, local deformation of the band is kept small and damage to the band is avoided. The bulge can be flattened; in particular, if there are several bulges, it is possible for a material of the band to deviate in the transverse direction and crushing and damaging of the band is avoided. Furthermore, the force is locally high enough to jam the strap in the first strap feedthrough.

In a further embodiment, the clamp holder has a first tab section adjoining the counter-plate in the longitudinal direction, the first tab section extending away from the counter-plate in a direction away from the first closure clamp. A first through-opening is arranged in the first tab section, with the strap reaching through the first through-opening for fastening the closure to the strap. As a result, the closure is secured to the first tab portion in both the open position and the closed position.

In a further embodiment, the clamping holder has, adjoining the counter-plate, a second lug section which is arranged opposite the first lug section in the longitudinal direction. The second tab portion extends away from the backing plate in a direction away from the first locking clip. A second through-opening is arranged in the second tab section, with the strap passing through the first through-opening and the second through-opening for fastening the closure to the strap. Since the first tab section and the second tab section both extend away from the counter-plate in the same direction, the strap passes through the two through-openings with another strap section, so that the closure on the strap is prevented from twisting in the first open position, and so particularly well the strap portion of the strap can be easily inserted into the first strap passage.

In a further embodiment, the closure has a second closure clamp, which is arranged opposite the first closure clamp on a side of the counter-plate facing away from the first closure clamp and at a distance from the counter-plate. The clamping holder has at least one third connection section, which is arranged laterally on the counter-plate and extends away from the counter-plate in a direction facing away from the first connection section. The second locking clamp, together with the counter-plate, delimits a second strap passage for accommodating the strap in sections. The second closure clamp is pivotably mounted on the third connecting section between a second clamped position and a second open position. The second locking clamp has a second clamping section which projects into the second strap passage in the second clamping position and is designed to clamp the strap between the second clamping section and the counter-plate in the second strap passage. In the second open position, the second clamping section is pivoted out of the second strap passage. As a result, the two closure clamps are each in the clamping position and the band is guided around the body of the protective clothing in a ring-shaped loop in order to fix the body of the protective clothing to the body part. The length of the strap section forming the loop is fixed and cannot be lengthened or shortened unintentionally.

It is particularly advantageous if the first connecting section and the third connecting section are arranged next to one another in the longitudinal direction on the counterplate. As a result, the closure can be kept compact, particularly in the longitudinal direction.

In a further embodiment, the second closure clamp has a second lever section connected to the second clamping section, the second lever section being arranged at an angle to the second clamping section. In the second open position the second lever section is folded away from the counter-plate and in the second clamping position the second lever section is folded in towards the counter-plate. In the second clamping position, the second lever section is preferably designed to rest on the strap As a result, the closure is particularly compact in the second clamping position and the second lever section can be arranged between the body part and the counter-plate and the band without being in the way.

In a further embodiment, in the second clamping position, the second lever section is arranged opposite in the longitudinal direction to the first lever section in the first clamping position. This makes the closure particularly compact.

The protective clothing has a protective clothing body with a metal ring mesh and a fastening strap, which is designed as described above. The fastening strap is arranged on the body of the protective clothing and is designed to fasten the body of the protective clothing to a part of the body. The metal ring mesh is designed to protect the body part from injury, in particular a cut or puncture injury.

The anti-puncture clothing 10 has, for example, a body 15 of anti-puncture clothing made of a metal ring mesh 20 and a fastening strap 25 . The anti-puncture clothing body 15 is designed as a glove, for example. The metal ring mesh 20 extends from a fingertip 30 to a rear edge 35 .

The in the 1a and 1b The anti-puncture clothing 10 shown preferably serves as personal protection for a person 40 against a pointed and/or sharp object, such as a knife, penetrating the body of the person 40.

For example, the anti-puncture clothing body 15 has at least one first attachment loop 45 and preferably at least one second attachment loop 50 . Of course, the number of fastening loops 45, 50 can be varied. The first fastening loop 45 and the second fastening loop 50 adjoin the rear edge 35, for example. The first fastening loop 45 and the second fastening loop 50 can, for example, be arranged at a distance from one another in the circumferential direction. An intermediate space 55 is arranged in the circumferential direction between the first fastening loop 45 and the second fastening loop 50 . The first fastening loop 45 and the second fastening loop 50 can, for example, be made of the metal ring mesh 20 just like the anti-puncture clothing body 15 .

The hasp 25 has a clasp 60 and a strap 65 . The fastener 60 is arranged in the gap 55 between the first attachment loop 45 and the second attachment loop 50 . The band 65 is passed through the fastener 60 so that the fastener 60 and the band 65 are connected to one another in at least one direction.

The strap 65 is guided, in particular pushed, through the first fastening loop 45 and the second fastening loop 50 and engages in the closure 60 with a first strap section 135 of the strap 65 . The fastener 60 fastens the band 65. When the anti-puncture clothing 10 is in the worn state, the band 65 is guided once around a part of the human body 40 in order to fasten the body of the anti-puncture clothing 15 to the body part of the human 40.

For example, the in 1 The finger glove shown can be fastened particularly well to a human wrist 40 with the continuously adjustable closure 60 of the fastening strap. In particular, the length of the strap 65 can be continuously adjusted in a second strap section 190 with the continuously adjustable fastener 60, so that the second strap section 190 of the strap 65 can be adapted to the anatomy of the person 40 wearing the anti-puncture clothing body 15 even if the wrist swells. As a result, the strap 65 can be adjusted ergonomically favorably over a longer period of time when the anti-puncture clothing 10 is worn by the stepless adjustment of the closure 60 .

In the following figures reference is made to a coordinate system. The coordinate system has an x-axis (longitudinal direction), a y-axis (transverse direction) and a z-axis (vertical direction). The coordinate system is embodied as a legal system, for example, and is used to explain the anti-puncture clothing 10 , in particular the fastening strap 25 , simply and clearly.

The hasp 25 is used, as already in the 1a and 1b explained, for the fixation of the anti-puncture clothing body 15 of the anti-puncture clothing 10. For this purpose, the band 65 is guided, for example, around the body part in the attachment loops 45, 50 running in the form of a ring. The band 65 is in 2 shown in broken lines in sections.

The band 65 has a first band end 70 and a second band end 75 offset from the first band end 70 . Between the first end 70 and the second end 75, the band 65 can essentially have the same constant cross-section, which is rectangular, for example. The band 65 can have a thickened section 76 at the first band end 70, which is wider than the rest of the band 65. The band 65 has a first side surface 80 and a second side surface 85 arranged opposite the first side surface 80 in the z-direction. The first side surface 80 is based on the example 1a and 1b arranged on a side facing away from the person 40 and the second side face 85 on a side of the band 65 facing the person 40 . In the unwound state of the tape 65, the first side surface 80 and/or the second side surface 85 can be flat. In particular, a defined structure, for example teeth or holes or the like, in the band 65 is dispensed with in the embodiment.

Of course, the first and/or second side surface 80, 85 could be structured at least in sections. The structure can also be used, for example, to make it easier to thread the strap 65 into the closure 60 in a particularly easy manner.

The band 65 comprises at least one of the following materials: plastic, thermoplastic, polyethylene, polyurethane, silicone, elastic thermo-polyurethane (TPU), Teflon, magnetically detectable plastic. The band 65 can have a thickness in the z-direction of 1.5 mm to 3 mm, for example. In the y-direction, the width of the band 65 can be chosen to be between 15 mm and 40 mm, for example, depending on which body 15 of anti-puncture clothing is to be fixed to the person 40 . For example, the band 65 for fixing in the 1a and 1b shown finger glove can be made narrower than if the anti-puncture clothing body 15 is designed as an apron, for example, and the band 65 runs around a hip of the person 40 in order to attach the apron to the person 40 . The main direction of extent of the band 65 is in 2 longitudinal. The longitudinal direction (x-direction) is significantly larger than in the transverse direction or in the vertical direction.

The closure 60 has a clamp holder 90 and a first closure clamp 95 . The clamp holder 90 has at least one plate-shaped counter-plate 100 , a first connecting section 105 and a second connecting section 110 . The counter-plate 100 is plate-shaped and extends essentially in an xy plane. On a side facing the first locking clamp 95, the counter-plate 100 has a first contact surface 115, which is planar and extends in the xy direction. In the transverse direction, the counter-plate 100 is adjoined on both sides by the first connecting section 105 and the second connecting section 110 . The first connection section 105 is arranged opposite the second connection section 110 in the transverse direction. The first connection portion 105 and the second connection portion 110 extend together inclined, preferably perpendicular to the counter-plate 100 from the counter-plate 100 away. The first connecting section 105 and the second connecting section 110 can be plate-shaped, with the first connecting section 105 and the second connecting section 110 each extending in xz planes offset in the y direction. The connecting section 105, 110 can be tapered starting from the counter-plate 100.

The first closure clamp 95 is arranged opposite the counter-plate 100 in the z-direction. The first closure clamp 95 can be pivoted about a first pivot axis 130 between a first clamping position and a first open position by means of a first joint 120 with the first connection section 105 and by means of a second joint 125 with the second connection section 110 . In 2 the first closure clamp 95 is shown in the first open position.

The first closure clamp 95, together with the first contact surface 115, delimits a first strap feedthrough 140 in the z-direction.

In the first open position, the first strap grommet 140 has a first cross-sectional area. In the first clamped position, the first strap grommet 140 has a second cross-sectional area that is less than the first cross-sectional area. In the first clamping position, the first locking clamp 95 clamps a first strap section 135 in the first strap passage 140. The first strap section 135 adjoins the second end 75 of the strap 65. A second band section 190 adjoins the first band section 135 and connects the thickened section 76 to the first band section 135. For this purpose, in the first closed position, the first closing clamp 95 rests on the first side surface 80 and deforms the band 65 elastically and reversibly. Opposite in the z-direction, the second side surface 85 is pressed against the first contact surface 115 by the first closing clamp 95 in the first clamping position, so that the band 65 forms a first frictional connection on the first contact surface 115 .

In addition, the clamp holder 90 can have a first tab section 145 with a first through opening 150 . The first tab portion 145 is disposed longitudinally on one side of the backing plate 100 and is inclined, preferably perpendicularly extending away from the backing plate 100 . The first through-opening 150 is embodied in the form of a slot, for example, and essentially has an opening cross section in a yz plane, which essentially corresponds to the cross section of the band 65 . The first through-opening 150 is designed to be open in the longitudinal direction and extends in the longitudinal direction through the first tab section 145. In the z-direction, the first through-opening 150 is delimited by the first tab section 145 per se and on the top side by the counter-plate 100.

In the longitudinal direction opposite to the first lug section 145 , the clamping holder 90 has a second lug section 155 , the second lug section 155 adjoining the counter-plate 100 in the longitudinal direction opposite to the first lug section 145 and being connected to the counter-plate 100 . The second tab section 155 preferably extends essentially in a yz plane and is inclined, preferably perpendicular, to the counter-plate 100 . The first tab portion 145 and the second tab portion 155 both jointly extend away from the backing plate 100 in the same z-direction. Thus both extend on a side facing away from the first closure clamp 95 .

The second tab section 155 is designed analogously to the first tab section 145 and has a second through-opening 160 . The second through-opening 160 is embodied in the form of a slot and essentially corresponds to the contour of the band 65. The second through-opening 160 is embodied continuously through the second tab section 155 in the longitudinal direction. The first through-opening 150 and the second through-opening 160 are arranged in the respective tab section 145, 150 so that they overlap in the longitudinal direction. An overlap in the longitudinal direction is understood to mean that when two components are projected, for example the first passage passage opening 150 and the second passage opening 160, in the x-direction in a projection plane which is perpendicular to the projection direction and is designed, for example, as a yz plane, the two components, for example the first passage opening 150 and the second passage opening 160, overlap in the projection plane .

On the side facing the first tab section 145 and the second tab section 155 , the counter-plate 100 has a second contact surface 165 . The first contact surface 115 and the second contact surface 165 run parallel, for example.

The first closure clamp 95 has a first clamping section 170 and a first lever section 175 adjoining the first clamping section 170 . The first clamping section 170 and the first lever section 175 abut at a joint 215 . The first joint 120 and the second joint 125 are each arranged on the joint 215 laterally to the first locking clip 95 .

The first clamping section 170 is inclined, preferably arranged at an acute angle α of preferably 70° to 90° to the first lever section 175 . In this case, the first lever section 175 and the first clamping section 170 are each formed in a substantially plate-shaped manner in the sectional view. In particular, the first closure clamp 95 can be made from sheet metal, for example, so that the first closure clamp 95 is formed in one piece and from the same material.

The first clamping section 170 has a first free end 180 on a side facing away from the first lever section 175 . In the first open position, as they are in 3 As shown, the first free end 180 is positioned outside of the first strap grommet 140 . The first free end 180 can also have physical contact with the first side face 80 of the strap 65 in the first open position. Alternatively, the first closure clamp 95 can be folded down far enough for the first free end 180 to be arranged at a distance from the first side face 80 of the strap 65 guided through the first strap passage 140 . For example, in the first open position, the first locking clamp 95 can be folded down so far that the first lever section 175 rests against the first side surface 80 and the first clamping section 170 in 3 protrudes upwards.

The first locking clamp 95 is shown in the first clamping position by means of a dot-dash line. In the first clamping position, the first lever section 175 is folded in, for example, and rests, for example, on the first side surface 80 with the first side facing the first clamping section 170 . In the first clamping position, the first clamping section 170 extends essentially perpendicularly to the first contact surface 115 and clamps the band 65 on the first side surface 80 with a first free end 180.

In particular, the first clamping section 170 can form an indentation 181 in the first side surface 80, which essentially corresponds to the geometry of the first clamping section 170, in particular of the first free end 180. The material of the band 65 is selected in such a way that multiple reversible elastic deformation and formation of the indentation 181 is possible at room temperature.

Due to the elastically reversible deformation and the clamping of the band 65 at the first free end 180 of the first clamping section 170, a first clamping force F _K1 is formed between the first side surface 80 and the first clamping section 170, which acts essentially perpendicularly against the first contact surface 115 . The band 65 is pressed against the first contact surface 115 on the second side surface 85 with the first clamping force F _K1 , the counter-plate 100 providing a first counter-force F _G1 acting against the first clamping force F _K1 . The first clamping force F _K1 and the first counterforce F _G1 form the first frictional connection between the first contact surface 115 and the second side surface 85, by means of which the strap 65 is fixed in the first strap passage 140 in the first clamping position.

In the assembled state of the fastening strap 25 on the body of the anti-puncture clothing 15 (in 3 not shown), the band 65 is guided with the second band section 190 along the second contact surface 165 through the first through-opening 150 and the second through-opening 160 . Furthermore, the first strap 65 is passed through the first attachment loop 45 and the second attachment loop 50 .

The first joint 120 has a first joint pin 195 and a first joint pin seat 200 . The second joint 125 has a second joint pin 205 and a second joint pin receptacle 210 . The first pivot pin 195 is disposed laterally on the first locking clip 95 adjacent to the joint 215 between the first clip portion 170 and the first lever portion 175 . In this case, the first pivot pin 195 is preferably formed in one piece and from the same material as the first closure clamp 95 . Transversely opposite is the second pivot pins 205 are arranged laterally on the joint 215 between the first clamping section 170 and the first lever section 175 . Advantageously, the second pivot pin 205 and the first closure clamp 95 are formed in one piece and from the same material.

The first joint pin receptacle 200 is arranged in the first connecting section 105 on a side facing away from the counter plate 100 . The first pivot pin receptacle 200 can be formed as a bore. It is of particular advantage here if the first pivot pin receptacle 200 is designed as a blind hole or through-opening.

The second pivot pin receiver 210 is arranged transversely opposite to the first pivot pin receiver 200 . The first pivot socket 200 is preferably arranged in an overlapping manner in the transverse direction with respect to the second pivot socket 210 . In the case of an overlap in the transverse direction, it is understood that when two components, for example the first pivot pin receptacle 200 and the second pivot pivot receptacle 210, are projected in the y-direction in a further projection plane which runs perpendicular to the y-direction, the two components are in the further projection plane cover.

Like the first pivot pin receptacle 200 , the second pivot pin receptacle 210 can be designed as a blind hole or as a through hole in the second connecting section 110 . The second pivot pin receptacle 210 is preferably arranged on a side opposite the counterplate 100 .

When the pivot pin receptacle 200 , 210 is configured as a blind hole, the blind hole is arranged on the side of the respective connecting section 105 , 110 that faces the first closure clamp 95 .

The first and second pivot pins 195, 205 are partially ring-shaped. The first and second pivot pins 195, 205 preferably each have a curvature that corresponds to the joint 215 of the first locking clamp 95 between the first clamping section 170 and the first lever section 175. As a result, the pivot pins 195 , 205 are designed to be slimmer radially on the inside on the side facing the first clamping section 170 than on the outside on the side facing away from the first clamping section 170 .
