Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Entnahme und Überführung von Beuteln von einer vertikalen Schlauchbeutelmaschine zu einer Verpackung, wobei zumindest eine insbesondere vertikalen Schlauchbeutelmaschine (13) vorgesehen ist zur Erstellung und Befüllung zumindest eines Beutels (17), wobei die Schlauchbeutelmaschine (13) zumindest eine Quersiegeleinrichtung (19) umfasst, wobei zumindest eine Handlingseinrichtung (10) vorgesehen ist, die zumindest einen Greifer (12) umfasst und dazu eingerichtet ist, den Beutel (17) von der Quersiegeleinrichtung (19) zu entnehmen und den Beutel (17) in eine Verpackung (15) abzulegen. Durch das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren gemäß den Merkmalen des unabhängigen Anspruchs kann die Flexibilität der Beutelabführung insbesondere von einer Schlauchbeutelmaschine weiter erhöht werden. Dies lässt sich insbesondere durch frei programmierbare Bewegungsabläufe erreichen, die auf individuelle Beutel einfach abzustimmen sind. Zudem eignet sich das Verfahren für unterschiedliche Greifersysteme für Beutel. Dadurch kann die Integration zweier oftmals separat nebeneinander betriebener Systeme, nämlich die Füllvorrichtung und Sammelpacker, also eine Einrichtung, die mehrere Beutel in eine Umverpackung bzw. Zweitverpackung anordnet, weiter vereinfacht werden. Auf einen hohen Platzbedarf benötigende Förderbänder zur Überführung der Beutel von einer Füllvorrichtung zu dem Sammelpacker bzw. zu der Zweitverpackung kann verzichtet werden, wodurch sich der Platzbedarf reduziert. Damit wird zugleich auch das Problem gelöst, dass bei einer Überführung mittels Förderbänder gemäß dem Stand der Technik oftmals die Beutelabstände konstant sein müssen, was in der Praxis oft nicht der Fall ist aufgrund von Reibung, ungleiches Fallverhalten der Beutel und Deformation. Aufgrund der Verwendung eines Handlingsystems bzw. Roboterarms können verschiedene weitere Funktionen in dem Bewegungsablauf integriert werden. Beispielsweise könnte eine Überprüfungsfunktion wie zur Gewichtserfassung, zur Leckage, und/oder die Zuführung zu anderen Stationen wie beispielsweise eine optische Kontrolleinrichtung oder Ähnliches in den Bewegungsablauf eingebunden werden. Besonders zweckmäßig könnten auch mehrere Handlingseinrichtungen bzw. Arme parallel zueinander betrieben werden. Lediglich die Bewegungsabläufe sind entsprechend zu synchronisieren und aufeinander abzustimmen. Anders als bei konventionellen Systemen, bei denen eine Zuführung zu der Zweitverpackung über Förderbänder oder Ähnliches vonstatten ging, ist die Fehleranfälligkeit solcher Systeme aufgrund oftmals unterschiedlicher Beabstandung der Beutel zueinander reduziert worden. Insbesondere können mehrere Funktionen integriert werden. Dies eignet sich insbesondere für Anwendungen mit geringem Platzbedarf.
