Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum automatischen Einführen einer textilen Faserbahn in eine Auflösemaschine. Eine beispielhafte Anwendung ist bei Stanzen, die aus einer Non-Woven-Bahn Wattepads ausscheiden. Hierzu wird eine etwa 40 cm breite Bahn einer Stanze zugeführt und Wattepads ausgestanzt. Ein Stanzgitter mit ca. 60 % Löchern verlässt die Stanze. Idealerweis wird dieses Stanzgitter direkt einer Feinauflösemaschine zugeführt.
