Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft Sandwichplatten mit einem Zellkern mit Zellen aus aneinandergereihten Streifen aus gewellter Pappe.Die Sandwichplatten zeichnen sich insbesondere durch ihre wasserdichte Ausführung aus.Dazu befinden sich die Streifen hochkant zwischen zwei Deckplatten. Weiterhin sind die Streifen jeweils wenigstens bereichsweise eine Verkieselung aufweisende, mit Kunststoff oder Kunstharz versehene, eine Kunststoff- oder Kunstharzschicht aufweisende und/oder mit Kunststoff oder Kunstharz durchtränkte Wellpappen. Weiterhin ist die Deckplatte eine Holzplatte, eine Spanplatte, eine MDF-Platte, eine Kunststoffplatte, eine Metallplatte, eine Keramikplatte oder eine Kombination daraus. MDF steht dabei für mitteldichte Faserplatte. Die hochkante Anordnung der Streifen der gewellten Pappe, auch als Wellpappe bekannt, gewährleistet eine hohe Festigkeit der Sandwichplatten bei gleichzeitig geringem Gewicht.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft Sandwichplatten mit einem Zellkern mit Zellen aus aneinandergereihten Streifen aus gewellter Pappe.
  • Die Druckschrift DE 693 06 566 T2 beinhaltet ein Verpackungssystem aus beschichteter Wellpappe für die Verpackung von frischen Früchten und Gemüse in modifizierter Atmosphäre. Die Verpackung besteht dabei aus einem mehrschichtigen Kunststoff-Karton-Verbundmaterial.
  • Durch die Druckschrift DE 2 249 809 A1 ist ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Imprägnierung von Wellpappe bekannt. Die Wellpappe befindet sich zwischen zwei Deckblättern, deren Außenflächen keine Imprägnierung aufweisen.
  • Die Amplituden der Wellpappe dieser Druckschriften berühren dabei die Blätter aus einem sogenannten Kraftpapier oder die Deckblätter. Die Stabilität quer zu den Wellen wird durch die jeweiligen anliegenden Blätter bestimmt.
  • Der im Patentanspruch 1 angegebenen Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einfach wasserdichte Sandwichplatten mit einem Zellkern mit Zellen aus aneinandergereihten Streifen aus gewellter Pappe bereitzustellen.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird mit den im Patentanspruch 1 aufgeführten Merkmalen gelöst.
  • Die Sandwichplatten mit einem Zellkern mit Zellen aus aneinandergereihten Streifen aus gewellter Pappe zeichnen sich insbesondere durch ihre wasserdichte Ausführung aus.
  • Dazu befinden sich die Streifen hochkant zwischen zwei Deckplatten. Weiterhin sind die Streifen jeweils wenigstens bereichsweise eine Verkieselung aufweisende, mit Kunststoff oder Kunstharz versehene, eine Kunststoff- oder Kunstharzschicht aufweisende und/oder mit Kunststoff oder Kunstharz durchtränkte Wellpappen. Weiterhin ist die Deckplatte eine Holzplatte, eine Spanplatte, eine MDF-Platte, eine Kunststoffplatte, eine Metallplatte, eine Keramikplatte oder eine Kombination daraus. MDF steht dabei für mitteldichte Faserplatte. Die hochkante Anordnung der Streifen der gewellten Pappe, auch als Wellpappe bekannt, gewährleistet eine hohe Festigkeit der Sandwichplatten bei gleichzeitig geringem Gewicht.
  • Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den Patentansprüchen 2 bis 7 angegeben.
  • Die gewellte Pappe ist nach der Weiterbildung des Patentanspruchs 2 eine ebene Welle mit einem sinusförmigen, trapezförmigen, dreieckförmigen und/oder rechteckförmigen Verlauf.
  • Die Amplituden der ebenen Wellen stoßen nach der Weiterbildung des Patentanspruchs 3 aneinander, so dass die Zellen ausgebildet sind.
  • Die Endenbereiche der Streifen sind nach der Weiterbildung des Patentanspruchs 4 in Längsrichtung jeweils eine Verkieselung aufweisende, mit Kunststoff oder Kunstharz versehene, eine Kunststoff- oder Kunstharzschicht aufweisende und/oder mit Kunststoff oder Kunstharz durchtränkte Wellpappen.
  • Die Streifen sind nach der Weiterbildung des Patentanspruchs 5 eine Verkieselung aufweisende, mit Kunststoff oder Kunstharz versehene, eine Kunststoff- oder Kunstharzschicht aufweisende und/oder mit Kunststoff oder Kunstharz durchtränkte Wellpappen.
  • Nach der Weiterbildung des Patentanspruchs 6 ist der Kunststoff ein Polyurethan oder das Kunstharz ein Polyesterharz oder ein Polyurethanharz.
  • Die Verkieselung ist nach der Weiterbildung des Patentanspruchs 7 eine ausgebildete wasserunlösliche Kieselsäure.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung prinzipiell dargestellt und wird im Folgenden näher beschrieben.

  • Eine Sandwichplatte 1 besteht im Wesentlichen aus aneinandergereihten Streifen 3 aus gewellter Pappe und zwei Deckplatten 4.

  • Die Sandwichplatte 1 besitzt einen Zellkern 2 mit Zellen 5 aus aneinandergereihten Streifen 3 aus gewellter Pappe. Die Streifen 3 befinden sich hochkant zwischen den zwei Deckplatten 4. Die Streifen 3 sind jeweils wenigstens bereichsweise eine Verkieselung aufweisende, mit Kunststoff oder Kunstharz versehene, eine Kunststoff- oder Kunstharzschicht aufweisende und/oder mit Kunststoff oder Kunstharz durchtränkte Wellpappen. Die gewellte Pappe ist eine ebene Welle mit einem sinusförmigen, trapezförmigen, dreieckförmigen und/oder rechteckförmigen Verlauf. Die Amplituden der ebenen Wellen stoßen aneinander, so dass die Zellen 5 ausgebildet sind. Die Deckplatte 4 ist eine Holzplatte, eine Spanplatte, eine MDF-Platte, eine Kunststoffplatte, eine Metallplatte, eine Keramikplatte oder eine Kombination daraus.
  • In einer ersten Ausführungsform sind die Endenbereiche der Streifen 3 in Längsrichtung jeweils eine Verkieselung aufweisende, mit Kunststoff oder Kunstharz versehene, eine Kunststoff- oder Kunstharzschicht aufweisende und/oder mit Kunststoff oder Kunstharz durchtränkte Wellpappen.
  • In einer zweiten Ausführungsform sind die Streifen 3 eine Verkieselung aufweisende, mit Kunststoff oder Kunstharz versehene, eine Kunststoff- oder Kunstharzschicht aufweisende und/oder mit Kunststoff oder Kunstharz durchtränkte Wellpappen.
  • Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Kunststoff ein Polyurethan oder das Kunstharz ein Polyesterharz oder ein Polyurethanharz.
  • Die Verkieselung ist eine ausgebildete wasserunlösliche Kieselsäure.

Claims (7)

  1. Sandwichplatte (1) mit einem Zellkern (2) mit Zellen (5) aus aneinandergereihten Streifen (3) aus gewellter Pappe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Streifen (3) hochkant zwischen zwei Deckplatten (4) befinden, dass die Streifen (3) jeweils wenigstens bereichsweise eine Verkieselung aufweisende, mit Kunststoff oder Kunstharz versehene, eine Kunststoffschicht oder Kunstharzschicht aufweisende und/oder mit Kunststoff oder Kunstharz durchtränkte Wellpappen sind und dass die Deckplatte (4) eine Holzplatte, eine Spanplatte, eine MDF-Platte, eine Kunststoffplatte, eine Metallplatte, eine Keramikplatte oder eine Kombination daraus ist.
  2. Sandwichplatte nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Streifen (3) der gewellten Pappe jeweils eine ebene Welle mit einem sinusförmigen, trapezförmigen, dreieckförmigen und/oder rechteckförmigen Verlauf ist.
  3. Sandwichplatte nach den Patentansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Amplituden der ebenen Wellen aneinanderstoßen, so dass die Zellen (5) ausgebildet sind.
  4. Sandwichplatte nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endenbereiche der Streifen (3) in Längsrichtung jeweils eine Verkieselung aufweisende, mit Kunststoff oder Kunstharz versehene, eine Kunststoff- oder Kunstharzschicht aufweisende und/oder mit Kunststoff oder Kunstharz durchtränkte Wellpappen sind.
  5. Sandwichplatte nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Streifen (3) eine Verkieselung aufweisende, mit Kunststoff oder Kunstharz versehene, eine Kunststoff- oder Kunstharzschicht aufweisende und/oder mit Kunststoff oder Kunstharz durchtränkte Wellpappen sind.
  6. Sandwichplatte nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kunststoff ein Polyurethan oder dass das Kunstharz ein Polyesterharz oder ein Polyurethanharz ist.
  7. Sandwichplatte nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verkieselung eine ausgebildete wasserunlösliche Kieselsäure ist.
