Description

The invention relates to a holder for the detachable attachment of a flat, approximately rectangular device such as a tablet computer or a smartphone to a component, in particular to a component of a motor vehicle. The holder has a holding element for accommodating the device, a fastening element for fastening the holder to the component and a carrier element provided between the fastening element and the holding element. The invention also relates to a coupling element and/or an additional element for a holder according to the invention.

Such a holder is, for example, from DE 10 2010 006 261 A1 previously known. Such holders are attached in particular to the backrest, headrest or headrest mount of a vehicle seat. On the other hand, holders of this type can also be attached to the windshield or other panes of the vehicle, for example.

It has turned out that there is a need to attach additional parts to the holder in a simple manner. The additional parts can in particular be so-called power banks. A power bank is a portable energy store for charging end devices such as smartphones or tablets on the go. To put it simply, a power bank is a more or less large battery that you charge at the socket in order to charge other devices with the power bank at a later point in time, when there is no socket within reach.

A holder for use on a bicycle and with the features of the preamble of claim 1 is from DE 10 2014 117 466 A1 famous. More brackets are from the DE 103 10 551 A1 , the DE 20 2012 104 592 U1 , the DE 10 2011 075 621 A1 , the U.S. 2015/0070580 A1 and the DE 10 2004 060 489 A1 famous.

The invention is therefore based, inter alia, on the object of creating a fastening option for additional parts on a holder.

In particular, the object of the invention is to create a charging option for devices arranged on the holder in the simplest possible way.

This object is achieved by a holder having the features of claim 1. Accordingly, it is provided that the carrier element has a coupling element for the detachable arrangement of an additional element, in particular a power bank, a bag or a pouch, on the coupling element.

The coupling element can be non-detachably or, in particular, detachably attached to the carrier element. Furthermore, the coupling element can be arranged on the coupling element with fastening means or without fastening means. The coupling element can be welded to the carrier element, caulked, glued, riveted or screwed to it.

It is conceivable that an additional part, in particular a power bank, is arranged directly on the coupling element. On the other hand, it is also conceivable that a pocket or a bag is attached to the coupling element and that the power bank is arranged as an additional part inside the pocket or the bag.

Overall, according to the invention, among other things, a particularly simple possibility is created for electrically charging a device arranged on the holder. Nevertheless, the high safety and approval requirements for a component arranged in the motor vehicle interior can be met since, for example, a power bank for charging the device can be securely fastened to the holder.

According to the invention, the coupling element has a fastening section for arranging the additional element thereon. In this context, it is conceivable that the fastening section is designed as a Velcro section, so that an additional element can be fastened thereto with a Velcro section complementary thereto, in order consequently to form a Velcro fastener.

According to the invention, the fastening section has at least one recess, in particular a keyhole, for the detachable arrangement of the additional element on the coupling element. In particular, several recesses can be provided. The additional element can then have complementary pins or nubs for attachment to the recess, in order to attach the additional element to the coupling element in a way that it cannot be lost or positioned securely, but can be detached.

The carrier element has a first side and a second side facing away from the first side, the first side having a receiving device for the detachable arrangement of the holding element on the carrier element, and the coupling element being arranged at least in sections on the second side and having the fastening section on this side . This creates a space-saving and simple way of attaching the additional element to the carrier.

According to the invention, the coupling element is slipped onto the carrier element. This creates a particularly simple way of attaching the coupling element to the carrier element. The coupling element is consequently fastened to the carrier element without fastening means. In particular, the coupling element can be designed to be elastically flexible and rest against the carrier element under a certain pretension in order to guarantee that it is lost and secured in position even in the event of an accident of the motor vehicle.

According to the invention, the receiving device is designed as a recess, with the coupling element having a recess opening such that the recess is exposed when the coupling element is slipped onto the carrier element.

According to the invention, the holding element has an insertion section for insertion into the recess, the insertion section being designed in such a way that it also holds the coupling element captively on the carrier element. The coupling element can thus first be slipped onto the carrier element, with the holding element being removed from the carrier element. The holding element can then be fastened to the carrier element and then at the same time secures the coupling element in a captive and positionally secure manner on the carrier element. In this case, the insertion section of the holding element can be designed in particular in the form of a cone. As a result, a particularly advantageous fastening option can be created.

Advantageously, the coupling element also has a protruding projection for securing an additional element arranged thereon and/or an additional part, in particular a power bank, arranged in or on the additional element from loss and position. In this context, it is conceivable that a power bank is fastened directly to the coupling element in a tensioned manner, in particular by means of a strap that is in particular silicone-like. Additionally or alternatively, it can be fixed by means of a Velcro strip.

A receiving surface designed as an additional element is preferably arranged on the coupling element, the receiving surface being bendable in such a way that an additional part, in particular a power bank, can be arranged captively therein. The receiving surface can in particular be bendable in such a way that the curved receiving surface forms a receiving box. In particular when the coupling element has a projection, the projection can form a receiving box together with the curved receiving surface. It is particularly conceivable that additional parts, such as power banks, of different sizes can be accommodated within the curved receiving surface.

In this context, it is particularly conceivable that the receiving surface has two bending sections, each with at least one film hinge. In particular when there are two film hinges, a type of rectangular box can be provided if the receiving surface is bent around the film hinges. By bending the two bending sections around two film hinges in each case, a total of four side faces can be provided. A further side surface can be provided in particular by the projection of the coupling section. Thus, an attachment can be inserted into the box-like receptacle by inserting it from the sixth, open face.

A particularly preferred development of the invention provides that the flexible sections can be clamped against one another in the curved receptacle by means of a securing means for retaining an additional part, in particular a power bank, in a secure and secure manner. In this way, in particular, additional parts, such as power banks, of different sizes can be accommodated within the curved accommodation surface so that they cannot be lost or positioned securely. In particular, a secure position in the event of a crash can also be provided. The securing means can in particular be designed to be elastically yielding. It would be conceivable for the securing means to be in the form of a cord or a Velcro strip.

It is also particularly preferred if the unbent receiving surface extends essentially perpendicularly to the projection and the securing means at least partially covers the side opposite the projection when the receiving surface is curved, so that the additional part is or can be arranged in the receiving surface in a way that it cannot be lost or is securely positioned. A box-like receptacle can thus be created, with an attachment located therein being secured from six sides, the sixth side, through which the attachment is inserted into the receptacle, being secured by the securing means. The securing means can be designed in particular as an elastic lacing.

On the other hand, it is also conceivable for the additional element to be designed as a pocket or bag arranged on the coupling element, with an additional part, in particular a power bank, being arranged or able to be arranged in a form-fitting manner in the pocket or bag. The pocket or the bag is preferably elastic at least in sections. Thus, in a particularly simple manner Additional parts of different dimensions can be picked up safely and without slipping.

Alternatively or additionally, an elastically flexible holding part can be provided in the pocket or the bag to fix the position of the additional part. The holding part can in particular be designed as a spring element or can comprise a resilient element. In this way, in particular, an additional part can be fixed in the pocket or bag without slipping. In this way, in particular, a disadvantageous development of noise caused by rattling of the additional part during operation of the motor vehicle can also be prevented.

The pocket or bag can have a closure cap that can be adjustable in length and/or elastic in order to be able to accommodate additional parts of different lengths.

The task stated at the outset is also achieved by a coupling element for a holder according to the invention. The coupling element is consequently designed to be arranged on the carrier element of a holder according to the invention. Furthermore, it is designed for the detachable arrangement of an additional element, in particular a power bank, a pocket or a bag on the coupling element.

Finally, the task stated at the outset is also achieved by an additional element for a holder according to the invention. The additional element can be, for example, a power bank, a pocket or a pouch that is designed to be arranged on the coupling element of the holder. 1 shows a holder designated overall by the reference number 2 . This has a holding element 4 for receiving a device, such as a tablet computer or a smartphone. For this purpose, the holding element 4 comprises two clamp-shaped connecting elements 6a, 6b arranged on opposite sides, the spacing of which can be adjusted to accommodate devices of different sizes, with at least one connecting element 6a, 6b being displaceable along the holding element 4 in a guide.

The holding element 4 is rotatably mounted on a connecting rod-shaped carrier element 8 about an axis of rotation X of a first rotary joint 5 . For this purpose, the holding element 4 has a conical, protruding insertion section 10 on the rear side 7, which is inserted into an in 1c recognizable, complementary thereto and designed as a recess receiving device 12 is inserted on the carrier element 8 and rotatably mounted therein. The receiving device 12 is provided on the front side (first side) 9 of the support member 8 . The first rotary joint 5 is designed as a friction hinge, so that the respective position of the holding element 4 relative to the carrier element 8 is reliably maintained.

On the back (second side) 14 of the carrier element 8, a fastening element 16 is rotatably arranged. The fastening element 16 is connected to the carrier element 8 via a double joint. The fastening element 16 can thus be rotated about the axis of rotation X about a second rotary joint 18 relative to the carrier element 8 . Furthermore, the fastening element 16 can be rotated about the axis of rotation Y, which runs perpendicularly to the axis of rotation X, about a third pivot joint 20 .

The fastening element 16 also has a plug-in section 20 . A coupling element 24 is slipped onto the carrier element 8 . In this case, the coupling element 24 is elastically flexible and, in the turned-on state, rests under pretension at least essentially in a form-fitting manner on the carrier element 8 . The coupling element 24 is slipped onto the free end region of the carrier element 8 that has the cutout 12 . In order to still ensure accessibility of the recess 12, as in 1c it can be seen that the coupling element 24 has an opening 26 . Thus, for the purpose of arranging the coupling element 24 , it is first slipped over the carrier element 8 . The holding element 4 is then fastened in the recess 12 of the carrier element 8 by means of the insertion section 10 . The opening 26 is designed in such a way that the coupling element 24 is fixed securely to the carrier element 8 so that it cannot be lost or positioned, in particular due to the conical design of the insertion section 10 , in that the insertion section 10 is in physical contact with the edge of the opening 26 .

On the second side 14 facing away from the first side 9, the coupling element 24 has a total of three keyholes 28 which are arranged in a triangle relative to one another. The keyholes 28 form a fastening section.

A projection 30 protruding from the main extension of the coupling element 24 is provided on the turned-up free end of the coupling element 24 . This protrudes from the coupling element 24 perpendicular to the main extent of the carrier element 8 and the coupling element 24 .

As in 2 is shown, an additional element 32 designed as a receiving surface is arranged on the coupling element 24 . For this purpose, the additional element 32 has pins complementary to the keyholes 28 of the coupling element 24 , so that the additional element 32 is arranged on the coupling element 24 in a detachable manner. The additional element 32 comprises two bending sections 34, 36, each of which exceeds the width of the coupling element 24 and the carrier element 8. The bending sections 34, 36 each comprise two film hinges 40, 42, 44, 46.

When the additional element 32 is bent around the film hinges 40, 42, 44, 46, a box-like receptacle 41 is created together with the projection 30 on the coupling element. In this is, as in the 2 B until 2d it can be seen that an additional part 48 can be inserted. The additional part 48 can be designed in particular as a so-called power bank, so that an electronic device arranged on the holding element 4 can be charged with a cable or wirelessly. The doubly bent free end regions 50, 52 of the additional element 32 here form a side of the receptacle 41 opposite the carrier element 8.

These sections 50, 52 each have three eyelets 54 arranged one above the other in a row. Through these eyelets 54, as in the 2 B until 2d shown, similar to the lacing of a shoelace, a securing element 56 designed as an elastic tightening cord is guided in a cross shape. The free ends of the securing element 56 are guided through openings 58 on the additional element 32 . On the one hand, it is conceivable that the intrinsic stress of the securing element 56 is so high that the additional part 58 is held in the receptacle in a positionally secure and captive manner. On the other hand, it would also be conceivable to brace the two free ends of the securing means 56 by means of a tensioning device in order to secure the additional part 48 in the receptacle 41 in this way. In any case, the bending sections 34 , 36 are clamped against one another by the securing means 56 , so that they are clamped to the additional part 48 . The securing means 46 partially covers the side of the receptacle 41 opposite the projection 30. This also contributes to securing the additional part 48 in any position of the carrier element 8 relative to the component.

Instead of a tensioning cord, the securing means 60 are three superimposed Velcro strips for tensioning the flexible sections 34, 36 against one another. In this case, the side opposite the projection 30 is not covered by the securing means 60, although this would be conceivable. 4 shows a further embodiment of the holder 2. In this case, the additional element 62 is designed as a pocket with a cover 64 that can be closed. In particular, an additional part 48 designed as a power bank can be arranged in the additional element. The side surfaces 66, but also the entire additional element 62, can be designed to be elastically flexible in order to store additional parts 48 of different sizes in it in a secure manner and in a secure position. In addition, the length of the pocket 62 can be adjusted in that the cover 64 can be positioned in a length-adjustable manner by means of a Velcro fastener.

A similar embodiment is in 5 shown. Here, the additional element 68 is designed as a bag. The bag can be closed by means of clip elements 70, 72, so that an additional part, such as a power bank, can also be safely stored in it.

Overall, the present invention creates the possibility of arranging a power bank captively on a holder 2 . Electronic devices that are arranged on the holding element 4 of the holder 2 can then be charged wirelessly or, in particular, also with a cable. A particularly simple charging option for electronic devices arranged on a holder 2 is thus created. It would also be conceivable to arrange other additional parts, such as an external hard drive, on the coupling element 24 instead of a power bank.
